4 Simple and uncomplicated: Place your order in the Exhibitor Shop for IFAT It is easy to order all services online via the IFAT Exhibitor Shop. Once you have confirmed the stand offer, the primary named during the registration process will be sent an access link to the trade fair s Exhibitor Shop. If another correspondence person is named during the registration process, they will be automatically sent the login details for a subaccount, which can be used to place orders. If you registered online for the last IFAT or another event run by Messe München, either when signing up to attend the event or to use the Exhibitor Shop, you can log in to the IFAT Exhibitor Shop using these access details once you have received the link. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link. If you have not yet activated your Messe München account, please register for the Exhibitor Shop once we have sent you the link. You will then be able to book all the services you need. When you click on the required services, you will see a detailed description and the price. To book, click on Add to Cart and continue shopping. All the offers in this brochure, plus lots more, are on the internet in our Exhibitor Shop at There you will also find information on the technical services for exhibitors, from stand construction and electrical/water connections, exhibitor passes and parking permits to a range of rental services. After checking through the items in your shopping basket, you can then send off your final booking. You will then receive confirmation from Messe München. 5 Exhibitor passes for free and for purchase Exhibitor passes for free and for purchase Online vouchers for one-day tickets Online Voucher Starter Pack IFAT 2018 Vouchers for one-day tickets Lead tracking For the first time, IFAT s Print@home-Tickets (exhibitor passes) will be fully persona lized. All you need to do is give the names of the stand staff when placing your order in the Exhibitor Shop. This information will be printed on the Print@home-Ticket (exhibitor pass) in addition to your company name. The Print@home-Tickets (exhibitor passes) will be sent to the address you provide once they have been personalized and the admission invoice has been paid. You can print them as soon as you receive them. Using the Print@home-Ticket (exhibitor pass) has the following benefits: Faster access to the ticket Orders can be made last minute as tickets are not sent in the mail If lost, the ticket can be reprinted No long lines once you get to the trade fair Use as a name badge Admitted co-exhibitors receive one Print@home-Ticket (exhibitor pass) free of charge. Your final invoice will only include the Print@home-Tickets that were actually used for the event. You will not be charged for any complimentary tickets or for any tickets that were not used. The remaining non-complementary Print@home-Tickets (exhibitor passes) will cost EUR 30 plus VAT Once exhibitors have paid their admission invoice in full, they will receive a certain number of complementary Print@home-Tickets (exhibitor passes), depending on the size of their stand. The number of complementary tickets will be shown during the registration process. Online voucher numbers will be sent in an Excel file. Online vouchers are up to 33% cheaper than (paper) vouchers. As online voucher numbers can be conveniently sent via , you save on the high postage costs. Your customers can redeem the voucher at before visiting the trade fair. After completing the registration process, your customers will receive their personalized via . Do you want to send printed invitations anyway? It is easy to include the online voucher numbers in these invitations. Online vouchers can be ordered right up until shortly before the trade fair begins. With a printed Print@home-Ticket, your customers can visit the trade fair without having to wait in line once they get there. With these electronic admission vouchers, you can quickly and cost-efficiently invite your clients to visit your stand. You will receive the online voucher codes for one-day tickets (trade fair admission) in an Excel document. Your guests can then use these codes to register at where they will then receive their personal Print@home-Ticket free of charge. After receiving the confirmation of the placement proposal, every exhibitor will receive a starter pack containing 500 online vouchers for one-day tickets. Similarly, every co-exhibitor will also receive a starter pack with 500 online vouchers that can be redeemed for one-day tickets. You will only be charged for vouchers that have been redeemed. Technical equipment Portable equipment such as microphones/mixing console, video projection, slide projection, video/tv recording, audio recording and other technical equipment may be ordered for all rooms. Seating Seating in each conference room is set out to suit your needs: U-shaped seating, workshop seating, classroom seating or various forms of theater seating. Each meeting room is equipped with standard furnishings (blocks of tables and chairs) and cannot be changed.
