This tchnology nabls distributd stat stimation by using xisting rlay/pmu dvics in substations. SuprCalibrator is basd on th fforts of th Powr Systms Enginring Rsarch Cntr (PSERC) rsarchrs at Gorgia Tch that hav bn sarching for improvd stat stimation and powr grid visibility approachs that us advancd d data acquisition hardwar. This projct xpandd on work that was compltd in to prov th concpt on two two-substations systms of th NYPA and ENTERGY systms. This ffort was focusd on implmntation of this tchnology in a full systm (th U.S. irgin sland WAPA systm). This projct is bing prformd by Profssors A. P.
