Trail will be constructed on the east side of Ardmore Avenue. Trail will be part of a road improvement project financed Tax Increment Financing (TIF). is at 60% design stage and has been routed. Allen County Becketts Run Trail: St Joe Center to Clinton Consultant: Design inhouse 0187R Intersection improvement project and road widening project from 2 to 3 lanes, which will include a 10 ft wide multi-use trail. The trail will be constructed in various phases from The trail will be constructed on the north side between Hillegas and Hadley Roads. It will be located on the south side between Hadley and Scott Roads. Connection to Buckner Park. First phase includes roundabouts at Hadley and Flaugh, work on two bridges and several sections of trail. Completion is June 2019 for first phase Engineering & ROW & 4.5 miles Trail along west bank of St Joe River from St Joe Center Road (where it will connect Rivergreenway) to Becketts Run Stream and then westerly along Becketts Run to Clinton. We will need easements from Concordia Lutheran Seminary and AEP, and they are both supportive. Executed a Professional Services Agreement Engineering Resources to design bridge foundation, design culverts and submit permits. Notified all adjacent neighborhoods and will be meeting several of the neighborhoods in April and May miles Engineering Bluffton Road Trail: Lower Huntington Road to West Foster Park Consultant: V S Engineering 1: Hipskind 2: Key Concrete 3: Wayne Asphalt Covington Road Trail: Hadley to Getz Consultant: In-house and Engineering Resources Cougar Trail, PH I: Swinney to USF Consultant: DLZ Contractor: and Community Regional Authority (RDA) Fort Wayne Trails, Inc Walk Fort Wayne. Segment of Poka-bache Connector. Trail on east side and sidewalk on west side. 1 is the sidewalk from 338 ft north of Lower Huntington Rd to 200 feet south of Old Trail (WO #0172N). 2 is the sidewalk (wo# 0179N) from north of Old Trail to 800 ft south of Winchester. 1 sidewalk and Ph 2 sidewalk are complete. 3 is the trail and remaining sidewalk segments. 3 is complete except for restoration work, which will be done in the spring. Completion date was extended to 5/ miles Eight to ten foot wide trail on north side from Hadley to Getz Road. Executed a Professional Services Agreement Engineering Resources, Inc to begin survey & design work for bridge crossing of Durnell Drain and for trail crossing of Flaugh Ditch and the detention pond west of Cheri Court, as well as permitting. City staff will begin survey work and then design of trail. Aqua has a sewer project proposed for the north side of Covington from Hadley to the mortuary miles Survey A 12 ft wide trail from the Rivergreenway and Yarnelle Trail at Swinney Park to the Univ of Saint Francis. Talked Norfolk Southern in late August. They want the two billboard leases left out of the appraisals. Met consultant to make changes to design plans and legal description/plat for railroad corridor. Will begin survey work and then engineering soon. This trail will fill a gap, which will create a 4.7 mile long trail along Dupont from Lima to Tonkel. Met Board Member of Pine Valley on 3/29 to discuss sidewalk at their entrance or miles Survey Dupont Road Trail: Lima to Coldwater Consultant: GAI Consultants Contractor: Phend & Brown Hanna Street: Pontiac Street to Rudisill Boulevard Consultant: In-house Contractor: Key Concrete 0113-R Road widening project that will include a 10 ft wide trail on the south side and a sidewalk on the north side. Will also include a below-grade Pufferbelly Trail crossing of Dupont Rd. Utilities are still relocating, which has delayed the start of construction. Closure of Dupont Rd is now planned for late April to mid to late August for the construction of the Pufferbelly below-grade crossing. The trail, sidewalk and below-grade crossing should be finished and open for use by November 16, Entire project completion is expected in June of miles construction Eight foot wide concrete trail on east side of Hanna from Pontiac to Oxford and west side from Oxford to Rudisill. Will connect Weisser Park; Weisser Park Elementary School; bike lanes on Rudisill; and Foster Park & Rivergreenway via Rudisill bike lanes and sidewalk. We had three bids. The lowest bid, Key Concrete, was $38,000 over the engineer's estimate. Council approval is set for late April. Completion date is 8/31/ miles Bidding Hanna St: Rudisill to Pettit Ave Consultant: In-house 0281R Eight foot wide asphalt trail on west side of Hanna. Will begin survey work in the future miles Survey Hanna Street: US 27 to Tillman Rd and Southtown Centre Consultant: design in-house 0188R Illinois Road Trail & Sidewalk: Rockhill Park to Magnavox Way Consultant: Engineering Resources Contractor: partnering Ten foot wide trail on west side of Hanna from US 27/Lafayette to Tillman Rd and Tillman Park where the trail will tie into the Rivergreenway. From the intersection of Tillman Rd and Hanna to Southtown Centre, a sidewalk will be constructed on the south side of Tillman to North Phoenix Parkway and along North Phoenix Parkway to connect to existing sidewalk at Southtown Centre. Topographical survey is finished. Design is underway. Location control route survey will begin soon. We'll meet the week of April 9th to discuss the survey and acquisition mi trail; 0.3 mi sidewalk Engineering We are examining ways to move forward this project. Had a good meeting to discuss future phases of the project. I will be discussing the project the at their 4/9 meeting.?? Engineering IPFW Pedestrian Bridge over Coliseum Blvd Consultant: Engineering Resources, Inc Contractor: Primco IPFW & Ivy Tech Pedestrian bridge over Coliseum Boulevard to link Ivy Tech and IPFW campuses. This bridge will eventually tie into the Rivergreenway when trail segments are extended. The bridge now spans Coliseum Blvd. but is not complete. Concrete deck was poured on 3/ Page 2 of 6

Will connect Science Central, Lawton Park, Headwaters Park, Downtown and Rivergreenway. We had a ground-breaking ceremony on 3/15. is progressing well. Completion date is 6/22/ miles Regional Cities funds will help build this trail. Design is 95% complete. Working on permit revisions. The right of way was cleared in March. Will bid in April miles Engineering Pufferbelly Trail: Washington Center to north of Coliseum Blvd. (Sable Drive) Consultant: Design in-house 0280R & City Utilities The Northwest Feeder Water Main will be constructed in There are potentially 16 property owners for the trail project. The trail will follow the water main alignment on only about six of those 16 properties. Dawn has talked nine of the property owners. All but one are supportive of the trail. County secured the Stein parcel. County is close to securing Russell parcel and Indiana Trails Fund parcel. FWT and County have had several meetings the three Twin Eagles homeowners' associations. They are supportive of the trail. Along east side of Kell Rd, developer donated 100 ft of ROW, including the railroad bridge, for the future trail.? ROW Rivergreenway Realignment Consultant: design in-house 0277R Move trail from sharing Brown Street and Juliette Street to the west bank of the river. Right of way is available between Brown Street and the south side of Hale. Will need to acquire right of way from 13 properties south of Hale.? 0.37 Survey St. Joe Center Road Trail: Meijer Drive to Chiswell Run and Wheelock Rd Trail from St. Joe Center Rd to Mill Ridge Run Consultant: DLZ 0183N Six Mile Creek Trail: Southtown Centre to Tillman Rd/Lemar Drive Contractor: Brooks Wayne Community partnering Public Fort Wayne Trails, Inc Walk Fort Wayne funded TIF. Ten foot wide asphalt trail that will run along the south side of St Joe Center Road from the existing trail at Meijer Drive to the sidewalk at Chiswell Run (entrance to Arlington Park). The trail will also extend south along the west side of Wheelock Road from St. Joe Center Road to south of Jefferson Middle School, where it will end at the existing pedestrian road crossing at Mill Ridge Run. Right of way acquisition is complete. Design is nearly complete. Awaiting construction funding before bidding mile Engineering Pre-final inspection INDOT and contractor was held on 12/21. We have given the contractor a very long punchlist of items to correct. Some of the items are not correctable until warmer temperatures. Contractor will complete the punchlist items the first two weeks of April State Boulevard: Cass to Spy Run Consultant: American Structurepoint Contractor Ph 1: Brooks Road widening and straightening project that will include a sidewalk, trail and the Pufferbelly Trail bridge. Eight - ten foot wide trail will run from the Pufferbelly Trail to the Rivergreenway on the south side of State. will be bid in 2 phases (lettings in Aug of 2017 and November 2018). Western phase ( Pufferbelly Bridge) will be constructed in Utility work for 1 (Clinton to Spy Run) will go thru the winter and actual construction work will begin in the spring. Includes sidewalk on north side of Washington Center from Village of North Oaks Mobile Home Park to former Grand Rapids-Indiana RR corridor; 10 ft wide trail along RR corridor from Washington Center to Ludwig; 10 ft wide trail from RR corridor to intersection of Ludwig and Lima on south side of Ludwig. Seven of 8 parcels secured. Will receive an EPA grant to help make the trailhead parking lot on Ludwig a pervious surface. The Washington Center Rd sidewalk from Village of North Oaks mobile home park to the railroad corridor is out for bid. Road closure will occur starting around June 4 for 150 days for the bridge project over Spy Run Creek, which also includes sidewalk construction. Notice to Proceed was issued to Fleis & Vandenbrink for the sidewalk from the railroad corridor to Lima on the north side of Washington Center. is now 3 phases mile sidewalk; 1.19 miles trail ROW & Bidding West Hamilton Road: Ridge Crest Crossing to SR 14 Contractor: Primco Allen County The County will replace the W Hamilton Rd Bridge over the Beal-Taylor Ditch and extend the existing trail from the entrance to the Vera Cruz subdivision (Ridge Crest Crossing) to the new trail on SR 14.
