This project will require the services of an architectural firm to develop construction documents necessary for bidding and State permit approval. These services will include the following: All construction plans and specifications including site, civil, topographic, structural, architectural electrical, mechanical, plumbing plans and details. State Permits Bidding services Construction management services Funding Source: Parks Cumulative Capital Fund Board Approval: The Parks Department has worked with MSKTD & Associates for many years on many projects and would like to work with them again on this project. They have submitted a proposal with a quote to us to design this project. After review we feel their fee is appropriate for the scale of the project. At this time I would like to request approval of a contract with MSKTD & Associates for the amount of $31, I can provide a copy of the proposal from MSKTD if you have more questions about this project.
