4 Communication Plan Communication Plan Objective The Borough staff will develop and execute timely and effective communications with borough residents and stakeholders associated with the Carlisle Connectivity Project s infrastructure and roadwork.

5 Communication Plan Key Communication Events Start/End of each project. Car shows & major events at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. Major downtown events that attract out of town visitors. Changes in traffic control: lane closures, road closures, detours, flagging.
