An exception to this rule applies only to publishing products, which are produced by means of printing technology, subject to the price binding of the book and press trade, appear regularly, at least quarterly, as a newspaper, magazine or magazine (periodicals / press products) and are not reduced in price at the trade fair. 4

7 Disconnection of utilities Disconnection of utilities prior to the end of the show is not permitted. For safety reasons, only authorized Deutsche Messe staff is permitted to disconnect utility services to stands. 10 GVH CeBIT Card Special Tariff Offer for the CEBIT Back to a comfortable arrival and journey to the fair: For the upcoming CEBIT in June 2018 in Hanover, the GVH has again a special offer for all exhibitors and permanent guests of the fair. Specifically, it is a personal GVH Fair Card, which is valid during the entire duration of the fair and on the day before the fair opens for journeys within the GVH tariff area in all buses and rails (2. class) of the association partners (ÜSTRA, regiobus, DB, metronom, erixx and WestfalenBahn). In advance written permission from the organizer must also be obtained to make any television, video and new media production for commercial purposes. Signs marked "LKW" (German abbreviation for "trucks") are posted along all approach routes, showing drivers where to go. Transport vehicles will be granted entry to the exhibition grounds as of 9:00 p.m. on the final day of the show. Please contact your own haulage contractor well in advance of the dismantling date to arrange for the removal work and the supply of fork lifts and other transport equipment. 21 Vehicle access On the last day of stand construction (11.06.) entry to the exhibition grounds is restricted as follows: Vehicles weighing 3.5 tons or less (i.e. cars with or without trailers, vans, mini-vans, etc.) may enter the grounds for up to three hours upon payment of a refundable deposit of EUR 100. Trucks weight 3.5 tons or more are permitted to enter the grounds throughout the entire construction period. The exhibition grounds and its parking facilities are private property, and the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO - "Straßenverkehrsordnung") apply. By law, the maximum working period is limited to 10 hours/day, also during construction and dismantling periods. If your company has a registered office in Germany, that office can also obtain work permits by applying to the relevant state authority. No special work permit is required for tradeshow work on Sundays or public holidays.
