Sometimes persons have been entering the grounds and visiting exhibitors at their stands before the official start of the show. We must point out that exhibitors are responsible and liable for the safety of persons visiting their stands, even if these persons have not been expressly invited. In response to numerous complaints and in view of the considerable safety risks involved, we kindly ask you not to invite or receive any pre-show visitors

5 Catalogue / list of exhibitors Exhibitors can pick up a complimentary copy of the list of exhibitors at the hall supervisor's office by presenting their Exhibitor Pass. Pick-up possible starting two days before opening day, and on up to the next-to-last day of the show. For safety reasons, only authorized Deutsche Messe staff is permitted to disconnect utility services to stands. You can avoid delays in having the utilities disconnected by making an appointment well in advance. Exhibitors are emphatically warned not to disconnect or shut off supply lines themselves. The exhibitor is liable for any accidents or damage resulting from such action. 7 service Emission Zone Permits (windshield stickers) Evening events See "Internet Lounge" Please order your emission zone permit at Throughout the duration of the show, exhibitors are permitted to hold evening stand parties (after 6 p.m) such as "happy hours", customer receptions and the like. However, if you wish to hold such an event you must first obtain written approval from Deutsche Messe. Please use form "Evening events" form from your Services manual in the section "Presentations, conferences and other supporting events" to apply for this. Co-exhibitors should register via their main exhibitor. Stand parties must come to an end by 11 p.m. Please note that any public use of copyrighted music must be approved and licensed by GEMA (the German society for music performances and mechanical reproduction rights). In advance written permission from the organizer must also be obtained to make any television, video and new media production for commercial purposes. Advertise your presence effectively even after the event, with expressive pictures of your products imprinted in the minds of your customers. Simply book our new service "Picture Gallery" using OBS. The Picture Gallery (1 hour duration) consists of eight (8) professionally shot motifs of your tradeshow appearance, e.g. your exhibition stand, your products and your crew. Applications for the issuance of priority certificates filed after the show cannot be processed, since proper verification is then no longer possible. 16 Water connections WLAN support Working hours Hall 13, gallery west, room The exhibition grounds and the halls are open 24/7. At the last day before the fair starts, the construction must be finished at 06:00 pm. By law, the maximum working period is limited to 10 hours/day, also during construction and dismantling periods. If your company has a registered office in Germany, that office can also obtain work permits by applying to the relevant state authority. No special work permit is required for tradeshow work on Sundays or public holidays.
