Getting there by car Messe München is situated on the A94 motorway and can be reached by taking the exits Feldkirchen-West or Riem. Please follow the signposting of the dynamic traffic guidance system. Navigation address for the Messe München is: Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße, München using public transport with the subway, you ll reach the Messe München from the city centre in about 20 minutes. The subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes to the Messe München, please get off at Messestadt Ost. Tickets for public transport can be purchased at all stations from ticket machines.. with German Rail Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) connects with the subway line U2. Travel time is about 20 minutes. The subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes directly to the Messe München, get off at Messestadt Ost. by plane with our bus shuttle on March 12 th and 13 th, you ll arrive at Internet World Expo or the airport with little or no stress. One of our 5 busses will run from both Internet World Expo and the airport every 30 minutes. The bus stop is located in front of the Entrance North East (Eingang Nord Ost). Schedule see next page 2

4 Registration of your stand personnel In order to ensure a smooth procedure, It is necessary that you register your stand personnel in advance on our website at no charge. From September onwards, you can register your staff here online: internetworld-expo.de/en/aussteller-service/ Company profiles in exhibitor directories Our Exhibitor Directory gives you the opportunity to edit your own company profile: The data required for logging in was forwarded to you in a separate from Ellena Mapas. After your entries have been saved, they are published online immediately in the exhibitor directory. Internet World Expo App The company profiles in the exhibitor directory appear in the Internet World Expo App. Download the Trade Fair App. Look for Internet World Expo. Available for ios and Android (available from February 2019). Assembly/disassembly for exhibitors with complete stands Assembly: Exhibitors who have booked a complete stand package can access their stand on Monday, March 11 th 2019 in the morning. Dissassembly: We kindly ask all exhibitors who have booked a complete stand with us to vacate the halls on Wednesday, March 13 th 2019 at 6:00 pm at the latest in order to start the disassembly of the stands. It is NOT necessary to show exhibitor passes during assembly and disassembly hours. Please note that your stand must be occupied on the second day of the trade fair until 5:00 pm. Failure to comply will result in the event organizer exercising his right to penalize any offending exhibitors. 4

5 Assembly/disassembly for exhibitors assembling their own stands The following assembly time slots apply for exhibitors who have booked stand space with us and wish to assemble their own stands: Assembly Hall C5 and C6: Preassembly at a charge of 850,- net: Saturday, March 9 th 2019 from 08:00 am - 09:00 pm has to be booked per in advance. stephanie.harting@ebnermedia.de Sunday, March 10 th 2019 from 08:00 am until Monday, March 11 th :00 pm Disassembly Hall C5 and Hall C6: Wednesday, March 13 th 2019 from 08:00 am until Thursday, March 14 th :00 pm It is not necessary to show exhibitor passes during assembly and disassembly hours. 6 Delivery and pickup address for parcels and pallets Messe München and Ebner Media Group do not accept parcels or goods! If you ship your goods via Fedex, DHL etc., please make sure that you will be personally on site to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can send your delivery to the official logistics partner of Messe München for a fee. They will store the delivery and bring it to your stand after arrival. The official logistics partner of Messe München is: Schenker Deutschland AG Messegelände, Tor München Tel: +49 (89) Fax: +49 (89) fairs.muenchen@dbschenker.com All shipments to the booth must be labeled as follows: Messe München Internet World Expo Exhibitor name, Hall and Stand number Gate 16, Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße München Entrance to the fair ground Entrance and access to the fair for all suppliers (stand builders, couriers, etc.) for assembly and disassembly purposes must take place via Gate 16 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße). A deposit of 100,00 is to be paid at the gate. Parking is limited as: car: 1 hour truck up to 7,5 tons: 4 hours van: 2 hours truck over 7,5 tons: 6 hours In cases where the above mentioned limit has been exceeded, a refund of the amount is no longer possible! 6

7 Unloading/Deliveries in front of the exhibition halls for assembly and disassembly Entrance via Gate 16 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße): For delivery and unloading in front of exhibition halls C5 and C6, please enter the exhibition grounds via Gate 16 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße). On Saturday, (Early set-up) and Sunday, 10.03: you have free access to the grounds. From Monday, 11.03: The deposit rules apply Please deposit 100,00 in cash at the gate which allows you to park in front of the hall for a maximum of 1 hour with car, 2 hours with van and 4 6 hours with truck. Should the time limit be exceeded, a refund of the deposit is no longer possible So drive out on time and drive back in later if the time is not sufficient. Parking during construction and set-up period: Delivery for the duration of the exhibition on March 12 th and March 13 th, 2019 Delivery is only possible from 8 a.m. 12 p.m.; after this, it will no longer be possible to drive onto the exhibition grounds. Deposit system applies Entry to the trade fair grounds is only possible after leaving a deposit of 100 in cash (ONLY cash payment possible!). Maximum parking time 1 hour. Parking spaces for passenger cars and trucks during the construction period and exhibition duration Owing to the installation and setting up of the bauma, the world s biggest trade fair for construction machinery, which covers the entire open-air grounds, we cannot unfortunately provide any parking spaces in the vicinity of the halls. The parking spaces are located within a walking distance of around 20 minutes to the trade fair halls C5 and C6. Shuttle buses will be available and will bring you to Eingang Nordost (Entry Point Northeast) and back. The following parking options are available from Monday, March 11 th to Wednesday, March 13 th, 2019: Parking Area P12 Paul-Wassermann-Straße, Munich For passenger cars and trucks // Fee 10 - per day Parking Block West / Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße, Munich For cars only - max. clearance = 2.0 m // Fee 10 - per day Shuttle buses will run during the following times: Monday, March 11 th, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12 th, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13 th, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. Bus stops: Parking Area P12 - Parking Block West - Eingang Nordost - Eingang Ost and back. 8 When travelling via public transportation: Take the U-Bahn (underground) U2 line to the Messestadt Ost stop, then follow the signs on foot to Eingang Ost (Entry Point East), where the shuttle bus will be waiting to take you to Eingang Nordost (Entry Point Northeast). Owing to the installation of the bauma trade fair, it is not possible to walk to Eingang Ost (Entryway Northeast). Trade fair speakers Speakers at info arenas and Trendarena at the trade fair should register at the registration-area in the Entrance North East (Eingang Nord Ost). There you will receive your ticket and further information. Please arrive approx. 2 3 hours in advance of your lecture at the Infoarena where you plan to speak. The sound technician needs to check the levels of your lecture and do some fine-tuning and sound checks with microphones and headsets. Please generate your lecture in 16:9 format. Evening event Internet World Aftershow On March 12 th 2019, the Internet World Aftershow will take place from 7:30 pm. All trade fair visitors, exhibitors and congress participants from Internet World EXPO as well as all partner conferences are invited. Location: Café Cord, Sonnenstr. 19, Munich Tickets for the evening event can be purchased online ( under heading Your Ticket ) for the price of 109 plus VAT/sales tax.: The price includes admission to the event plus catering and drinks. 8

9 Off-stand advertising Distribution of promotional material beyond your trade fair stand is only permitted after prior bookings with the event organizer. Price: 800 per person per day Registration via Technical Order Forms The technical order forms for electricity, internet, water, cleaning, security, etc. are available from October 2018 onwards on our website: Please consider: orders to be send directly to Messe München, see contact on order form! Cloakroom facilities Cloakroom facilities are available at the entrance area of hall C6 and in hall C5. Price per piece: 2.50 Smoking in exhibition halls For the duration of the trade fair, smoking is forbidden in all exhibition halls. Outdoor smoking areas are clearly signposted. Dogs Dogs are not allowed on the fair ground. EXPO-GUIDE alert Ebner Media Group GmbH & Co. KG would like to issue a warning against a Mexican corporation with the name Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV, which has been sending EXPO Guide offer forms in recent weeks and months. Several exhibitors of Ebner Media Group GmbH & Co. KG-orgainised trade fair events have been contacted per post fax or by Expo-Guide. Companies were presumably identified as exhibitors in official trade fair data banks and then traced. Exhibitors are then offered an entry in an online data bank listing. Expo-Guide uses a form, extremely similar to our form for catalogue entries, urging exhibitors to complete the form for entry in an online directory. As soon as exhibitors sign such a form and send it back to Expo-Guide, they are automatically bound by contract for three years and are asked to pay a considerable amount of money without any foreseeable benefits in return. We wish to warn you of such offers. Ebner Media Group GmbH & Co. KG has no business relationship whatsoever with the above-mentioned Mexican corporation. Should you have signed such a form mistakenly, we recommend you rescind the agreement as soon as possible or make a declaration of intention on grounds of mistake. 9

In case of short term orders there will be a default fine. Deadlines are as follows: Distribution of flyer ordered?
