Please note that there are two Edgware Road stations (one for Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, the other one for Bakerloo line), both directly opposite the hotel.

Items may not be delivered to the hotel before insert date. If you would like to check that your items have been delivered to the hotel, please contact the hotel once your courier company has confirmed delivery.

3 Security The stand can be left set-up overnight, but it is highly recommended that valuable material is locked/stored away. Please note that for Health and Safety reasons we are unable to lock the Kings Suite or the Monarch Suites overnight. Breaking-down Please ensure that if you are leaving items behind that they are clearly labelled with name, number of boxes, weight of each box and address. The hotel will not accept responsibility for items that are not labelled correctly.

4 Loading/Unloading There is only space in the loading bay for 1 vehicle at a time. It is therefore requested that exhibitors obey the following rules: Large vehicles or small vehicles with heavy equipment Use the Hilton Hotel loading bay accessible via Harbet Road. You are permitted 30 minutes to unload your items and you must then remove your vehicle to the nearest car park or lorry park. The heavy goods lift is 5.8m in length by 2.2m wide and 2.5m high. It has a weight restriction of 8,000kg. Small vehicles and vans less than 1.9m All small vehicles are advised to use the Hilton Hotel underground car park and bring their goods up the car park passenger lift, through the registration foyer, and into another passenger lift to the Monarch Suite (1st Floor). Please note this is a pay and display car park and you will be required to pay for the time you are in the car park. Alternatively, vehicles can drop items off outside the West Wing registration foyer entrance on Harbet Road and bring their items through the foyer and into the passenger lift up to the Monarch Suite (1st Floor). Vehicles are permitted only 15 minutes to unload in this area. Please ensure if you are parking on Harbet Road that you park on the hotel side of the road. If you park on the other side of the road, you will be clamped and fined. Passenger Lifts from car park and main foyer are 1.3m in length by 1.75m wide and 2.1m high. There is a width 1m wide by 2m high door clearance into the foyer from the car park. If your goods will not fit you must use the loading bay.

6 Car Park The Hilton London Metropole provides on-site, secure underground parking facilities for 170 cars. The entrance to the hotel car park is at the rear of the hotel in Harbet Road.
