3 Conference Venue The conference will be held at Murdoch University, Murdoch Campus. We have a few other campuses around Western Australia. The conference venue will be the Economics Commerce and Law Lecture Theatres (ECL). All four- lecture theatres are located close to each other. This is behind the library. 4 Public Meeting Venue The Public Meeting will be at Fremantle Town Hall (8 William St, Fremantle WA 6160). Welcome Reception Venue The Welcome Reception will be at Fremantle Town Hall (8 William St, Fremantle WA 6160). Welcome Reception will be after the Public Meeting. Dinner Venue The conference dinner will be held at Fremantle Sailing Club. There will be busses from the university to Fremantle and back. The busses will leave from the chancellery as per the times in the program. The public transport busses do not start right from the airport. 5 From Airport to Murdoch University The most convenient way to get from the Airport to Murdoch University is the Perth Airport Connect Shuttle bus. The public transport busses do not start right from the airport. You should board the Perth Airport to Fremantle Shuttle bus and request the driver that you need to be dropped off at Murdoch University. More information on Perth Connect Shuttle Bus can be found at Murdoch University is on the way from the airport to Fremantle. This bus may drop you off at the University if you request the driver. An extra fee may apply. From Perth City to Murdoch University Murdoch University is located close to Murdoch Train Station and frequent bus routes. To get to Murdoch University from Perth City, you need to go the Perth Underground Station and get on the Perth Mandurah line. Get off at Murdoch Station. From Murdoch Train station there are several busses that go towards Murdoch University. Route 513 Stops right in front of the campus. Route 98*, 206, 207, 850, 851 pass through Murdoch University and there are bus stops on Discovery Way which is inside Murdoch University. Please make sure the busses show they are going to Murdoch University. Busses travel in both directions. *Circle Route Does not go in both directions. Goes from Murdoch Station to Fremantle via Murdoch Uni. Route 99 goes in opposite direction. From Fremantle to Murdoch University Catch the 99 or 513(longer route) bus from several bus stops. 99 is a limited stop route and the bus will not stop at all bus stops. Route 99 will stop only at limited bus stops with a yellow bar on top of it. All busses from Fremantle start at bus Fremantle Bus Station Transport Information 5

6 Public Transport Information Public transport information and easy to use journey planner can be found on the Transperth website NOTE: Perth Underground Station and Perth Station will be closed from July. Train replacement busses will run between stations. Fremantle train line will be non operational. Mandurah train line will terminate at Esplanade station. The train replacement bus stop locations are: Outside all stations on the Fremantle Line Claisebrook Station: Fielder Street Perth Station (continuing to Fremantle): Roe Street, west of William Street Perth Station (continuing to Leederville): Inside Wellington Street Bus Station Perth Station (continuing to Claisebrook Station): Wellington Street, in front of Wellington Street Bus Station McIver Station passengers are encouraged to use Claisebrook Station. They might be useful to get from your hotel to Perth Underground Station. There are three CAT services in the city. Please see the map below for information on their routes.
