2 EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT & TRAVEL INFO EXPENSES/REIMBURSEMENT: Lodging Hotel room will be master billed. Attendees will not need to pay for the room. $12 per day incidentals may only be claimed for Tuesday March 10 th. Meals Breakfast = $12; Lunch = $13; Dinner = $20. You will not claim dinner on Tuesday March 10 th because dinner will be provided at the training event. Travel Transportation to/from the airport to the hotel is reimbursable (via SuperShuttle). If you do not stay at the hotel, parking is reimbursable in amounts in excess of $3 per day. Original parking lot receipts are required. Personal vehicle costs are reimbursed at a mileage rate of 57 cents per mile. Indicate the number of miles traveled in the comment section of the claim form. Bridge tolls are reimbursable. No receipts are required for bridge tolls. Miscellaneous Taxi cab fares are only authorized when no other transportation is available or practical or if the fare for several riders is less than the common carrier fare. ORIGINAL RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED (unless indicated otherwise). DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN THE CLAIM FORM. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: To reserve your SuperShuttle transportation from the airport to the Doubletree Hotel, visit the website link above and click the "BOOK ONLINE" button on the upper left. ACSS will reimburse for the Shared Ride Shuttle. SuperShuttle provides Exclusive and ExecuCar shuttle rates, but ACSS will NOT reimburse those options. 3 HOTEL BUS SCHEDULE TO CAPITOL, MARCH 11: On March 11, a charter bus is scheduled to transport members from the Doubletree Hilton to ACSS Headquarters the morning of Lobby Day. The charter bus will make 3 trips from the hotel to ACSS HQ from 7:30am to 8:20am. Please make sure you are checked out of the hotel and have all of your luggage with you when you board the charter bus. The bus will arrive at the MAIN ENTRANCE of the hotel at the following approximate times: 7:30 am 7:55 am BUSSES LEAVE DOUBLETREE HILTON 8:20 am Arrive at ACSS Headquarters On 4 th floor, drop off luggage in a secure room Walk 1 block to the Capitol to the SOUTH steps of the Capitol Building 9:00 am SHARP ALL MEMBERS meet on the SOUTH side of the Capitol Building for an ACSS group photo 9:00 am 4:30 pm Lobby Day 4:30 pm Return to ACSS HQ to retrieve luggage and rendezvous for SuperShuttle back to the airport.
