The CAA Convention is attended by over one hundred ambulance company owners, operators, billing personnel and employees. We encourage you to market your business by participating as a sponsor and/or an exhibitor, while showing your support of the CAA. Event sponsors (Convention, Golf Tournament, Welcome Reception, Chair s Reception, Thursday Lunch and Annual Banquet) will receive an exhibit table in the CAA Marketplace included with their sponsorship. The CAA Marketplace will feature table top displays on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 7:30 am 5:00 pm. The CAA Marketplace will serve as the central convening area for convention delegates, and the continental breakfast, Thursday lunch and the refreshment breaks will also take place in the Marketplace. Interested participants may purchase an exhibit table. All sponsors and exhibitors will receive a listing and recognition in the post-convention issue of The Siren and the convention program, in addition to signage displayed throughout the convention. The CAA Marketplace will serve as the central convening area for convention delegates. The continental breakfast, Thursday lunch and the refreshment breaks will take place in the Marketplace. Interested participants may purchase an exhibit table. All exhibitors will receive a listing and recognition in the postconvention issue of The Siren and the convention program, in addition to signage displayed throughout the convention. Table top display space may be purchased for $575 per space for members and $1,150 for non-members. Exhibitors will receive verbal recognition during the convention and space for displaying promotional/marketing materials. Exhibitors will receive a complimentary 1/6 page advertisement in the post-convention issue of The Siren (exhibitor will provide camera-ready art). Non-member exhibitors who wish to join the CAA and attend at the member rate may do so by submitting a membership application and dues along with their exhibit contract. Exhibit space shall include one 6 draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, participation in the attendee passport program, one ticket to the Thursday Lunch and one ticket to the Annual Chair s Reception and Banquet on Thursday. Additional tickets to these events may be purchased on the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Agreement. An additional $25 fee will apply for electricity.
