To guarantee maximum exposure and traffic, we have designed the conference to have the exhibit hall as a focal point of our event. Every day begins with a networking breakfast in the exhibit hall and continues throughout the day with refreshment breaks and dedicated time for attendees to visit with your booths. 3 Conference Location Hyatt Place Charleston is the newest hotel in The Historic District. Join us at the following events and take time to enjoy the bites, sights and recreational activities while you are at the event. Tuesday Night Welcome Reception, Hyatt Tuesday, December 11, 2018 Join us for the Welcome Reception in the Hyatt Fire Pit and backyard! This event is a great opportunity to network with attendees and enjoy delicious food & beverages. The reception will begin at 5:00 pm and conclude at 7:00 pm. SCCIA Annual Golf Tournament, Daniel Island Tuesday, December 11, 2018 SCCIA will be holding their annual tournament at Daniel Island. Transportation and club rental will be available for out of town attendees. The tournament will kick-off at 9:00 am. More information is enclosed.

You may set up on Tuesday afternoon between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. All exhibitors are invited to the Tuesday Night Welcome Reception. Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts and breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall to ensure maximum exposure to attendees. Exhibitors may begin load-out at 11:00 am on Thursday. You will have until 2:30 pm on Thursday to remove all exhibit booth items from the hall. Please note that neither SCCIA nor Hyatt will be held responsible for lost or stolen items. *All exhibit booths will be assigned by SCCIA. Booth assignments will be sent out prior to the conference. ** Please note: Only two (2) attendee registrations are included in the exhibitor fees.
