1 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE FROM PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT By Taxi Your hotel name and address should be enough for the cab driver to get you where you need to go. Note: many of the taxis charge a flat rate that is dependent upon the distance you are traveling from the airport. Taxi fares will be approx. $45 (CDN). By TTC (public transit) 192 Airport Rocket Service all day, every day, between Kipling Station and Pearson Airport. Provides fully-accessible bus service. Buses stop only at Kipling station, Dundas Street & East Mall Crescent, Terminal 3 (Arrivals Level), and Terminal 2 (Arrivals Level). Service operates from approximately 5:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., seven days a week. One-way travel time is approximately 20 minutes. Once on the subway you can easily reach any of the following destinations: From Kipling Station to Lash Miller Chemical Laboratories You are heading eastbound on the Bloor/Danforth line. You will need to get off at St. George station. Leave St. George Station through the St. George exit and head south towards Bloor Street. Continue south (past Bloor) on St. George for two blocks until 80 St. George Street (on the corner of Willcox) YOU ARE AT THE LASH MILLER CHEMICAL LABORATORIES. Quality Hotel Midtown You are heading eastbound on the Bloor/Danforth line. You will need to get off at St. George station. Leave St. George Station through the St. George exit and head south to Bloor Street. Staying on the north side of Bloor, cross St. George and head west on Bloor until you reach 280 Bloor Street West YOU ARE AT THE QUALTIY HOTEL MIDTOWN. Days Inn You are heading eastbound on the Bloor/Danforth line. Continue riding on the Bloor/Danforth Line until you reach the Bloor-Yonge Subway station. At this point you will need to transfer to the Yonge-University line, heading southbound until College Station. Get off at College station and exit on Yonge Street. Conveniently, both the Via Rail service, and the TTC subway are located at this station, so the best way to reach any of the conference destinations is to transfer to the subway. 6 Getting Around at the Conference (II) The most direct route from the Lash Miller Chemical Laboratories to the Bahen Centre can be navigated by heading south on St. George (see the green arrow) There is ample pay-parking on Glen Morris Street (east of Spadina Ave. and north of Harbord Ave.), on St. George street north of Hoskin, and underneath the Bahen Centre (red arrows indicate entrances).
