3 Event Information We are delighted to be holding our first Cruise Job Fair in Italy, in the stunning and historic capital city of Rome! The Job Fairs have been hugely successful across the UK and Europe and there are lots of experienced Italian candidates, all with language skills, and who have travelled to other job fairs in Europe. This time we have decided to take the Job Fair closer to them. We are also expecting hundreds of qualified and experienced candidates from all over Europe to attend, all looking for employment on board cruise ships. The Job Fair in Rome will take place at Hotel Mercure Roma West; a stylish and modern hotel and conference centre which is a 20-minute drive from the city centre. All cruise lines, recruiters, training centres and other organisations within the cruise industry are welcome to participate at the event. We have a limited number available to hire for the day. 46 TV with stand cost: 185 / 210 Power Supply There is no charge for electricity at this venue. Please bring European plug adaptors if you need them. Candidate information scanners For 2019 we have introduced a new registration system and we will be scanning each visitor ticket as they arrive at the venue giving us much more information and data on who has attended the job fair and streamlining the whole process. We can also offer you the opportunity to hire a hand-held scanner for the day specifically for your stand team to use. This worked really well for the exhibitors who used the scanners at our recent fair in Munich. We would highly recommend that you hire one scanner per recruiter at your stand, in order to capture the data for all of the candidates that you will meet on the day. Following the event, you will then receive a download of all the information about who has visited your stand that day - saving you valuable time both on the day and with any follow up required. You will know exactly who your team has spoken to, where they are from, whether they have cruise experience, which departments they are interested in, and you can download copies of their CVs (for those that have uploaded their CV prior to the event). The cost to hire one scanner and receive the data post event is 120. Every additional scanner for your stand would be 15. 6 Venue Information Hotel Mercure Roma West Viale Eroi di Cefalonia, 301 Roma Italy Location The Cruise Job Fair will be held at the Hotel Mecure Roma West, a hotel and conference centre located on the outskirts of Rome s city centre. The Job Fair will be held in the Romolo e Remo meeting room at the conference centre. Enter the hotel through the main entrance and turn right. Go downstairs to the conference centre, the entrance to the event hall is down the corridor on the right. Visit for more detailed information about the venue's location. 6 / 12

7 Travelling to the Venue Hotel Mercure Roma West is located just outside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), the motorway ring road around Rome, near exits 26 and 27. By Car Use the following coordinates in your satellite navigation: 41 47'08.9"N 12 26'04.5"E , The hotel has a free car park available to visitors. From the City Centre Reach the metro station EUR Fermi and then catch public bus no Get off at a bus stop situated close to the hotel's main entrance. The journey takes approx. 21 minutes. 9 Event Schedule The event will be opening its doors to visitors from 11:00am until 16:00pm. Build-up & Break-down Times Exhibitors will have access to the exhibition hall from 9:00am on the day of the show to set-up their stands. Visitors with networking passes will be admitted from 10:00am. Break down of stands must be carried out between 16:00-17:00pm and must be completed by the end time (17:00pm), as the hall will then be closed. Any items left on stands at the end of the day will be deemed as rubbish and will be disposed of by the centre. The exhibitor will be charged for this service, if required. 9 / 12

11 Deliveries and Collections Deliveries Exhibition materials can be sent to the venue prior to the event between Monday 29 th April and Thursday 2 nd May. These will be brought into the exhibition hall on the day. All deliveries MUST arrive at the venue between 29 th April and 2 nd May 2019: Mercure Eur Roma West Hotel att. Ufficio Congressi Cruise Job Fair Via Eroi di Rodi, Roma Italy If your courier requires a named contact, please use the following: Chiara Zonta Tel: Please use the package labels that can be found at the end of the exhibitors guide, and affix one to each of the packages prior to sending them. It is essential that you complete these labels, so that we can clearly identify if any packages are missing and contact you in advance of the show. A confirmation will need to be sent to events@webix.co.uk, detailing the date that the packages have been arranged to be delivered, and the number of packages being sent. Collections If you want packages to be returned to you, please arrange for a courier to collect them from the venue between 6 th and 8 th May. Please have return courier labels ready and attach them to boxes after the show so that they are ready for collection. Leave the boxes at your stand, and they will be moved to a storage room. Packages which are not collected by a courier after 8 th May will be deemed as rubbish and will be disposed of by the venue. 11 / 12
