Please make sure to submit your room request in time, as early October is high season in Budapest, hotels get fully booked soon. Hotel bookings are made directly with the hotels and reservations are made on a firstcome first-served basis. Please make sure to submit your room request prior the reservation deadline of the hotels. Reservations received after these dates will be made upon availability. The room rates are stated per room, per night. They are inclusive of buffet breakfast and the currently applicable taxes (18% VAT and 4% City tax).
