4 What you should know... Business Center The Business Center in the East Foyer allows you to use the Internet and MS Office programs, print documents and send e.mails for a fee. List of exhibitors You will receive an official exhibitor s catalogue of GET Nord 2016 with this welcome package. Additional catalogues can be picked up free of charge at the entrances and information counters. A free copy of the catalogue can be downloaded at EC cash dispenser You will find cash dispensers in the East foyer and in the South foyer. Hall opening times for exhibitors Show opening times: Thursday and Friday from 9.00 a.m p.m. and Saturday from 9.00 a.m p.m. Exhibitors can access the halls two hours prior to show opening and one hour after show closing. If you are planning an event outside of the opening hours, the event has to be registered with the technical department using form no which you can find at the Online Service Center. Police The police station responsible is number 14, Caffemacherreihe 16, Hamburg, Telephone +49 (0) /- 11. Security information Please be alert and protect your property and possessions by being sensible and careful. Never leave your stand unattended and keep cash boxes, handbags and briefcases locked and/or in an inaccessible place. Water connection Stopcocks are installed on all water pipes underneath the sinks and on the connections for dishwashers, hot-water appliances, etc. It is important that these stopcocks are turned off every evening before leaving your stand to prevent water damage!
