4 JOINT STAND Key data joint stand europe s heart 2016 The design-stand is located in a top position (hall A1.110 right next to the main entrance). Among others, hall A1 counts as the most frequented hall due, in part, to the two forums (EXPO REAL Forum & Media LOUNGE). Numerous high quality exhibitors are to be found here such as Stadt München, CBRE, Signa Holding. The stand will be built on two levels using quality materials in a modern design. With its openess the stand is one of the TOP-stands of the Expo Real. A variety of desk concepts offer every co-exhibitor a suitable packet for their trade fair presence. Networking area, a unique discussion units and a private meeting room for your meetings. Stand details: end stand (three accessible sides) of over 150m². Daily catering and service provided by our experienced team.

5 BASIC SERVICES The following basic services are included in all bookable packages: overall coordination of the stand stand catering with Austrian specialties, breakfast/lunch/snack transport of your trade documents (Vienna-Munich-Vienna) storage of your documents in our warehouse stationary guard 18:00 to 09:00. all additional costs such as electricity, water, utilities, cleaning, insurance, exhibition space etc.

10 You agree to obligate yourself to the above mentioned terms and conditions given in the contract confirmation and the further conditions as co-exhibitor at the europe s heart joint stand at the EXPO REAL Maya International GmbH is contractual partner and event organizer of the joint stand - official representative of Messe München GmbH, and in cooperation with DMV - della lucia media & verlags GmbH, Vienna, Austria. Methods of Payment/Cancellation: All prices quoted are in euro and exclusive of any applicable VAT. Upon signing the offer 100% of the contract price without deduction will be due within 14 days. Cancellation of participation by the customer is not possible. Co-exhibitors Fees for Joint Stands 2016 The Co-exhibitor s fee is an obligatory contribution for every company exhibiting at a joint stand at EXPO REAL The co-exhibitor s fee is based on the timing of the client s registration with Messe München. This will be determined by MAYA International GmbH after the reception of the signed contract confirmation. The co-exhibitor s fee is included in the package at a cost of 575, if the registration is received before 22 nd June If the signed package is received after 20 th June 2016 and the registration takes place at the Messe the difference in the co-exhibitor fee will be invoiced. Registrations up to 22 nd June , Registrations between 24 th June and 26 th August 725, Registrations between 26 th August and 22 nd September 875, In the event of late payment, the event organizer (Maya International GmbH) is entitled to withdraw from this agreement (and to award the co-exhibitors place to another party), following formal written notice or to adhere to the agreement. Austrian law applies. It is agreed that the City of Vienna is the objectively competent court for any disputes arising therefrom. Please also note that the displaying of magazines, newspapers and brochures from companies and publishers who are not listed as co-exhibitors at the euriope s heart booth is not permitted. The holding events at the trade fair is only possible by prior arrangement and with the express consent of the organizer.
