3 EXHIBITOR PACKAGES DESTINATION EUROPE provides three great service alternatives for exhibitors: The standard package suitable all non-food exhibitors and the food festival package, which caters for the specific needs of restaurants and food companies. We also provide limited raw space for exhibitors with custom built booths. All exhibitors will be included in the Exhibitor Directory, and on the Destination Europe Website, specifying their company details and booth number. EIBN will also engage with its network of Indonesian and European businesses and introduce your product/company prior to your arrival. According to the interest shown, we will set up to 4 pre-booked individual business meetings, to take place during the fair. Participation Fee: EUR 880 including 10% VAT The full amount is due before the commencement of the programme. If the participant cancels within the 4 weeks prior to the trade mission commencement or fails to attend, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded. The Participation Fee covers all internal group ground transportation in Indonesia, logistics, 3 (three) meals, attendance at briefings and events, as well as needed support for meetings with Indonesian and European companies. The limit of participants is a maximum of 2 participants per company. Accommodation, Return Flight from Europe to Indonesia and all food or ground transportation expenses outside the scheduled meals and activities are borne by the participants. EIBN will assist in booking the accommodation (discounted corporate rates available for participants at selected hotels).
