It will be held in the Palais du Pharo, an exceptional venue in the city centre of Marseille. For more than 25 years, the International Conference on Space Operations has been the technical forum for the space operations community that addresses stateof-the-art operations principles, methods and tools. The scope is intended to cover all spaceflight missions, including human and robotic, near Earth and deep space. It brings together experts in Space Operations: missions and ground segment designers, industry, mission operators, engineers in charge of mission logistics support, technical and administrations managers, etc. to discuss and promote technical concepts, emerging methodologies and measures for advanced Space Operations. It attracts technologists, scientists, managers and experts from space agencies, academia, spacerelated industry and military organizations. The SpaceOps 2018 Conference will be an opportunity to increase awareness of your company. This brochure aims at suggesting opportunities to achieve your networking goals over this 5-day event. 2 Exhibition Opportunities The exhibition is an integral part of the conference and will be located in the get-together area. In order to offer the best exposure to exhibitors, the morning coffee and lunches will be inside the exhibition halls. The exhibition is scheduled from Monday 28 May to Thursday 31 May. Allocation of booth and raw space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To increase the likelihood of being assigned your preferred booth location, register as soon as possible. RAW SPACE RENTAL For booth >= 18 sqm only 400 per sqm It includes: Carpet in standard color WiFi in the exhibition area 2 exhibitor badges Company s profile in the SpaceOps programme (100 words) Logo on the SpaceOps website Space only booths will not receive any power as part of the package. To order an electrical connection, additional power or any additional furnishing, please contact Julien VIDAL-NAQUET: julien@alris.com Application for floor space must be made online on SpaceOps 2018 website. The floor spaces are assigned on a first come - first served basis. The exhibitor will have to complete an application form accompanied by the payment to ensure the reservation. As soon as the payment is received, the booth reservation will be confirmed. An exhibitor manual giving further general and technical information as well as full details about the exhibition, venue, set-up, organizers and ancillary services will be available in late The exhibitor badge includes Coffee/tea and lunch on all exhibition days from Monday to Thursday, the pre-registration drink on Sunday and the Welcome cocktail on Monday. The exhibitor badge does not give access to the conferences or the social events. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for 200 excl.vat. We offer premium sponsorship packages at platinum, gold and silver levels and also a number of supporter packages. Sponsors will be acknowledged on the sponsor s board on-site, the congress website and the final program. Once a day, the sponsors of the day will be announced in the plenary session. All platinum, gold and silver packages offer you a prime exhibition space (based on availability at the time of booking).
