3 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS CIGRE entrusts Pro4events with the organisation and management of Ready to use rooms. Pro4events is responsible for the enforcement of the following rules and regulations. Exhibitors renting a Ready to use room : Shall not reduce the number of square meters already booked for stand exhibition Shall not rent the room to another company, only for registered exhibitors Shall not advertise any other company or contractor without the agreement of Pro4events, Shall keep the room clean. It is understood that the cleaning of the rented room is at the exhibitor (tenant) expense. If you need cleaning service, we can find you a supplier. Noise : The maximum level of noise is 65 db. No advertisement will be allowed on the outside walls of the room except the exhibitors name. Safety : see our general Technical regulations (coming soon in the Exhibitor s guide) Pro4events is organizing General Security but is not responsible for any loss of items or damage. We remind you that : Pro4events is choosing the location inside the Hall Neuilly in the Palais des Congrès. Registration shall not become effective unless a written confirmation is sent to the exhibitor (tenant) by Pro4events. An advance payment of 50 % of the total fee is required upon receipt of the first invoice. Exhibitors shall also agree with the General rules & regulation on
