2 DIAMOND JUBILEE TOUR BY VULCAN XH558 In Celebration of Sixty Glorious Years The Vulcan to the Sky Trust is dedicating its 2012 flying programme to the celebration of two Diamond Jubilees: those of Her Majesty The Queen and of the Avro Vulcan. This is a unique opportunity for companies and individuals to join the Vulcan to the Sky Trust, the charity that operates the last flying Vulcan, to help us honour all that is Great in Britain. Particularly, we wish to celebrate Britain s achievements in engineering, aviation and design over the past sixty years. Running through May to September, visiting over thirty destinations and touring Britain as no other icon can, Vulcan XH558 will be seen by millions of people. We know we will inspire the next generation with excitement for the technical progress that has characterised the sixty years of Her Majesty s reign In addition: Linked events are being planned not only during the official Jubilee week of the 2nd 5th June but throughout the summer. We are exploring involvement with the official tribute activity.

Funds raised by the Vulcan to the Sky Trust s ( the Trust s ) Diamond Jubilee Salute to Her Majesty campaign will be utilised for the conservation, exhibition, maintenance and operation of Avro Vulcan XH558, and for the delivery of the Vulcan to the Sky Trust s educational objectives. 3. Participation of Vulcan XH558 during events and displays in 2012 is conditional on several factors, including aircraft serviceability, weather conditions and funding availability. 4. If for any reason, Vulcan XH558 is permanently grounded prior to the start of the 2012 British Flying Display Season (April 2012), any funds remaining will be utilised in the delivery of the Trust s educational objectives and in the conservation and exhibition of Vulcan XH558 and other heritage aircraft of the 20th Century, in line with the Trust s charitable objects. 5. In any event, the book recording the names of all those who have supported the Diamond Jubilee Salute to Her Majesty campaign will be flown during the Diamond Jubilee weekend and will presented to Her Majesty the Queen after the end of the 2012 British Flying Display season (after October 2012). 6.
