These are strictly fashion runway presentations for entertainment. This Diamond Package offers five sponsoring companies the maximum exposure before, during, and after the NAHA Awards Ceremony. Diamond Sponsors receive all the benefits listed below, as well as benefits listed in the Elite Sponsor section. 7 ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES professional NAHA LIVESTREAM $3,000 EACH The entire NAHA 2017 show including Red Carpet coverage will be featured via livestream. This opportunity will give the advertiser a customized, co-branded landing page that will house the livestream as well as a live social feed. Graphics must be provided by the advertiser and are subject to PBA approval. TRIBUTE JOURNAL AD* $1,500 - $2,400 EACH The NAHA Tribute Journal is an annual full-color keepsake book featuring the work of NAHA 2017 finalists, colleagues, and sponsor advertisements congratulating the finalists, winners and Lifetime Achievement honoree. Promote your brand and honor the work of the industry with your own four-color, full-page ad or a two-page spread. This keepsake book is given out to every NAHA attendee. * Time Permitting NAHA COMMERCIAL $1,000 EACH Just like many other award ceremonies that you see on TV, 30 second commericals will be featured before or during the NAHA 2017 livestream. Increase your brand(s) visibility by having your company and/or product commercial shown during NAHA. Commercials will reach thousands of stylists worldwide as they follow the livestream. E-BLAST $1,000 EACH Eblasts will be sent to the NAHA distribution list. E-blasts are produced by the advertiser and sent out by PBA. E-Blasts must reference your participation in the event and include NAHA dates and logo. Artwork is subject to PBA approval. SOCIAL MEDIA POST $500 EACH Promote your brand on PBA s social media channels. Graphics and captions are produced by the advertiser and sent out by PBA on our social channels. Graphics must reference your participation in the event and include NAHA dates and logo. A caption with the maximum limit of 150 characters is required and must include #NAHA2017. Artwork and caption is subject to PBA approval. CPNA TV CHANNEL IN- ROOM ADS $500 EACH Mandalay Bay is the official hotel for NAHA. Two TV channels will be made available to all Mandalay Bay guests featuring unique CPNA promotional content. NAHA sponsors and partners may purchase a 30-second to one (1) minute ad time to run Sunday, July 9th and Monday, July 10th. Video content must be submitted by June 1st. CPNA reserves the right to review and deny all video content submitted. Additional fees will be applied if additional formatting is required. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be contacted by a sponsorship coordinator. Your sponsorship coordinator will give you more detailed specifications, guidelines and deadline dates for all the marketing and promotional opportunities you selected. All customer supplied artwork and product for distribution are subject to PBA approval. 8 NORTH AMERICAN HAIRSTYLING AWARDS 2017 TERMS & CONDITIONS 100% of total fee is due within 30 days of signing this agreement. If contract is submitted within 30 days of the event, full payment is due immediately upon receipt of signed agreement. All fees are non-refundable less rebate (conditions apply).* Rebate* (when applicable) will be issued within 30 days of the completion of the NAHA Category choice is assigned on a first-come basis upon confirmation of signed contract and payment as denoted above. The terms of this agreement may not be modified, except by written Agreement, signed by both parties. It is understood that this form shall be legally binding between NAHA Management, hereinafter known as PBA, and your company, hereinafter known as Advertiser/Sponsor, only upon acceptance by PBA. Advertiser/Sponsor shall be responsible for providing the finished Promotional Opportunity (i.e. artwork, names, product, etc.) as required by the deadline date(s) and for meeting the exact specification indicated in the confirmation letter. In the event that such deadline is not met by the Sponsor, the opportunity in question shall revert back to PBA without obligation or refund of monies. If any term of this Agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heir and successors of the Advertiser/Sponsor. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Advertiser/Sponsor and PBA concerning NAHA 2017 Sponsorship Opportunities. Company representative/presenter must be an industry ICON or the public face of your company. Cancellation: Any Advertiser/Sponsor wishing to cancel this contract must do so in writing to Show Management. If such notice is received by Show Management before fulfillment begins, one half (50%) of the total fee shall be due to Show Management. If notice is received after fulfillment begins, the total fee (100%) shall be due to Show Management. All fees Paid to PBA are non-refundable and non-transferable. Initiation of this proposal does not constitute a hold on items contained until fully executed by your company and the Professional Beauty Association (PBA). *A Rebate of $2,000 will be returned to any sponsor who fulfills: Gifting the Elite and It s in The Bag. Items must be full-size product items to receive the full Rebate. A Rebate of $1,000 will be returned to any sponsor who fulfills: Gifting the Elite and It s in The Bag with a sample-sized product.
