Amy Baker Negotiator Anita Lavis Negotiator Sam Jarman Trainee Negotiator Ian Fraser DIRECTOR Ian has over 40 years experience in Estate Agency and former chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association. Ian has lived in the Oxton and Kenton area for many years giving him a lovely balance of the Dawlish/Exeter lifestyle. Dawn Wheeler Amy has lived in St Thomas for over 25 years so has superb local knowledge. Having worked as a teacher for many years Amy is very well known to many residents of Exeter through taking part in many local events and she has recently joined the PTFA of Bowhill Primary School. She loves helping out the local school and being part of the community. Anita joined Fraser & Wheeler in 2016 in the Exeter St Thomas branch as a sales Negotiator, she previously owned her own business with her husband so has a great set of skills and local knowledge. She has a real love for properties and in her spare time she enjoys walking, keeping fit and spending time with her family and friends. Sam joined the Exeter St Thomas branch of Fraser & Wheeler in August 2017 and has worked in a customer facing role since leaving school, developing strong levels of communication and organisational skills. He has great local knowledge and has a keen interest in sport having played football at Alphington FC. DIRECTOR Dawn has lived in Dawlish for nearly 40 years and been in the business for nearly 30 years giving her an excellent local knowledge and set of skills that proves invaluable when dealing with the public. She also gained a prestigious award with her previous company where she was the Manager for many years. Ben Fraser DIRECTOR Sarah Blackmore Jay Gater Hannah Williams Ben started his career in 2000 and has worked in Exeter, Newton Abbot and Dawlish winning awards in all three areas which helped him gain the skills needed to jointly run a successful and growing business. Ben has lived in the local area for more than 30 years and currently lives in Exeter with his wife and young daughter. Chris Parkes DIRECTOR Chris has worked within the business since August 2000 spending the first 12 years of his agency career in Exeter. He has successfully managed two Exeter offices and has won numerous awards including a Managing Directors Award with a previous company. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has gained a NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Sales. Office Administrator Sarah has worked in the retail sector for well known companys for 22 years and prides herself in excellent customer service levels. Sarah grew up in St Thomas/ Alphington areas so has a vast knowledge of the local area. They now have 2 sons and love spending quality time with them, friends and family. Negotiator Jay joined Fraser & Wheeler in 2017 after previously working within bespoke retail and lighting design. Jay has a passion for excellent customer service and client delight. Jay grew up in Exeter and enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar for a number of local bands. Negotiator Hannah has been an Estate Agent for several years in Exeter, and has a wealth of local knowledge and expertise in the buying/selling process so can provide a high standard of customer service to all our customers.
