It is located 40 miles east of Swansea, 11 miles south west of Newport, 45 miles west of Bristol and is bounded, to the north, by the M4 motorway with connections at junctions 29, 30, 32 and 33. Benefitting from modern infrastructure, access to London is two hours via road and rail. Heathrow airport is an hour and half s drive away and Cardiff Airport has numerous flights a day to UK and European cities, with onward flights to global destinations. Cardiff is the economic driver for a city-region of 1.4 million people, with a pool of 14 million people within a two-hour drive time.
