7 30 Years Together ONE Lodging Management was originally founded by brothers Rob and John O Neill in 2014, having already worked together since 1985 when the oldest and youngest of seven brothers joined their father, Jack O Neill (founder) in operating Coast Hotels. Through hard work and determination and a keen knowledge of hospitality management training and systems, Rob and John built one of North America s leading hospitality companies. Acquired by Aimbridge Hospitality in 2018, ONE Lodging Management currently manages close to 115 hotels and more than 11,000 guestrooms under 19 worldwide brands. Parent Company Aimbridge Hospitality is one of the largest independent hotel investment and management firms in the U.S. Based in Dallas, Texas and with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Puerto Rico, they now manage over 800 upscale, branded and independent hotels with more than 100,000 rooms under management across the U.S. and the Caribbean. Subsidiary Lodging Enterprises is a specialized hotel management and operating company that provides lodging services to employees primarily in the construction, transportation, and resource sectors. Lodging Enterprises owns and operates close to 50 hotels across 24 states mainly located in secondary and tertiary markets in the United States and in close proximity to railroads, airports, highway interchanges, and other demand generators.

As our internal team is uniquely empowered to drive business, we are more focused and effective as evidenced by year to date statistics: ONE Lodging RevPAR gain is 4.5% compared to our competitive set s loss of -1.0%, we yield a 5.5% increase in RevPAR index. 15 Capital and Asset Preservation Not all our competitors establish substantial FF&E and capital budgets in favour of delivering higher returns in the short term. We are stewards of our hotels and our property maintenance and housekeeping teams maintain our assets at a high level. We don t wait until something breaks, which causes guest and business disruption. By having a consistent approach to capital and asset preservation, we can repair with capital and FF&E plans and address those priorities through asset preservation.
