Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook How to get there? From Chicago, take I-55 S to Bolingbrook, take exit 267 to IL-53 (Bolingbrook Drive) North, turn left on Briarcliff Drive, Destination will be on the left. From North and West Suburbs, take I-355 S or I-294 S to I-55 S to Bolingbrook, take exit 267 to IL-53 (Bolingbrook Drive) North, Turn left on Briarcliff Drive, Destination will be on the left. From South Suburbs, take I-355 N or I-294 N to I-55 to Bolingbrook, take exit 267 to IL-53 (Bolingbrook Drive) North, turn left on Briarcliff Drive, Destination will be on the left.

2 Where to park Set Up Setup begins at 8:00am and must be completed by 10:00am. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL AFTER 9:30AM. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE FESTIVAL AREA BY 10:00AM. See the Appendix C Event Layout map Follow the arrows for car entrance and exit, one way only. Upon entering the parking lot from Briarcliff Rd, proceed to the right along the curb. This will lead you to Entrance A which will take you to the park behind Town Center/Village Hall. Food Vendors, please proceed to your designated tent space. (See below layout). Sponsors and Non-Food Vendors, please proceed to the yellow and white stripe tent named LUZON. Check in at Vendors/Sponsor Check-In table (see below layout). Partners and Cultural Tent participants, please proceed to the green and white tent named VISAYAS. Check in at PACF table (see below layout). Please unload your items to your assigned space and move your vehicle to parking Lot. BEFORE setting up. Please move your car out of the festival area to the parking lot. Space is very limited, and we need to make room for other vendors to unload. We will have volunteers wearing blue t-shirts with the Philippine Fest logo to help you unload and bring your items to your assigned space. Please note that the entrance to the park will be blocked off at 9:30am, so you will not be allowed to bring your car inside after that time. Please arrive early. Breakdown The festival ends at 10:00pm but if you choose to break down before the event closes, you will not be allowed to bring your car inside the park. You can use Entrance A or Entrance B to return to

3 Parking Lot 1. Please note that Entrance B has steps. VIP seating at the Main Stage If you are a sponsor, you are entitled to reserve seating during the TFC hour (5pm-7pm) at the main stage. We will give you your wristband(s) after setup is complete. The number of reserved seating is based on your sponsorship level. Bronze - 1 Silver - 2 Gold - 5 Platinum - 10 Meet & Chat at a room TBA As a sponsor, you are entitled to reserve seating during the Meet & Chat hour (7pm-8pm) at a room to be announced the day of the event. We will give you your wristband(s) after setup is complete. The number of reserved seating is based on your sponsorship level. Bronze - 1 Silver - 2 Gold - 3 Platinum - 4 Event Site Layout Please review below site layout for location of food vendors, first aid, restrooms, main stage and other activities. Emergency In case of any emergency, please contact and report the incident to any of the security volunteers. For any medical emergencies, please refer to the first aid booth. Clean-up This is responsibility of everyone. Let s make sure that everyone keeps their areas clean at all Times.
