On your behalf, our team will gather all relevant information and provide suggestions based on your brief and compile a destination proposal for your consideration. Our primary role is to make it as easy as possible for you to collate information about the convention and incentive infrastructure in Rotorua. Additionally, we are happy to develop a familiarisation itinerary and host you or your clients whilst in Rotorua; our team s role here is to showcase options that suit your convention programme.
