What we do We have 20 years of experience in providing quality catering and functions throughout the country, which means we have a huge amount of experience from which to draw when designing event experiences. New team additions Olwyn Morgan (General Manager) has worked with Austin's for 11 years. Olwyn knows all there is about how to run a successful event, team, kitchen and business. John Nicholson (Executive Chef) is at the helm of the Austin's kitchen and brings with him experience cheffing for royalty, superstars and recently, culinary students. Jason Williams has joined the team at Hamlin Eatery as the on-site chef and has ample experience working in both New Zealand and the UK. Our clients We are the exclusive caterers for Vodafone Events Centre and Vector Wero Whitewater Park. We are also the preferred caterers for some of Auckland's premier venues, including ASB Showgrounds, The EMA, The Cloud, Shed 10, St. Matthew's in-the-city, Hamlin Eatery and Fresh Factory. John Nicholson Executive Chef John has had an incredibly exciting career. Highlights include catering for Sir Elton John's wedding, touring with the AMG Mercedes Benz Petronas team and catering for 10 Downing Street. John has also catered for the Royal Family at Windsor Castle and St Andrew's. Most recently John has been teaching culinary students, until he realised how much he missed the thrill of catering events.
