Establish a third-party committee participated by experts named Committee on Assessing Overtopping Waves Caused by Typhoon Jebi to study oceanographic phenomena and wave overtopping which occurred around the island during the flood event (First meeting held on Oct. 3). 2. Plan for future recovery & disaster efforts based on the study result of the third-party committee Kick-off: Sept. 19 Interim report: Late Oct. 3.
