TRAVEL How to get to the meeting venue from the airport: The International Vilnius Airport is 7 kilometres away from the centre, or 15 minute drive by car.

By Taxi: Next to the airport there is a taxi rank. The fare from the airport to the city centre is normally around Some companies may also apply additional charge at the airport. All taxies are licensed and the price depends on the taxi company (it is about 0,5 1 /km). Taxis waiting at the airport are usually overpriced, so we recommend to call taxi by numbers provided below, book it on via free Wi-Fi in the airport, or ask Vilnius Tourist Information Centre (Airport Arrival Hall) staff to book it for you. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver at the price of 1. You should buy and mark ticket on every bus you take. Take the bus Nr. 88 at the bus stop in front of the airport; Go by bus approx. 20 min. to the bus stop called Centro poliklinika ; When you get off the bus just continue to walk in the same direction as the bus drove. Turn left on the first crossroad and go staight Palangos and Liejyklos str. to the ARTIS Centrum Hotel. After 0,5 km walk approx 5 min you will see the hotel on your right. 3

Our hosts have provided some recommendations below and we encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible. Below you will find some information regarding the suggested hotels. 6 REGISTRATION Upon your arrival at the hotel please make your way to reception where staff will direct you to the meeting registration area. Check in to your room may or may not be available until after the meeting ends but you will be able to store belongings in the secure luggage room situated in reception upon your arrival. Registration for the meeting begins at 8.30 on Tuesday 24 November. Here you will be issued with a name badge and a delegate meeting pack containing all relevant documentation. Please retain your delegate pack for the duration of the meeting. Please note that you are required to sign in at the registration desk on each day of the meeting.
