1 To FICEP member federations and FISEC 16 th of December 2013 Dear friends, We warmly invite you to the 39 th FICEP Camp 2014 in Hachen, Sauerland in the middle of Germany. The Camp goes under the motto: Discover yourself : Find out what motivates you and others and what is important for you. Everywhere - at the club, in your spare time, in your family or at school your engagement is welcome! Young people from our sport organisations shall have the possibility to experience Europe during this week. This is possible through the living together at the Camp and the various activities in sport and spirit. We like to communicate and experience the value of community, sport and exchange. The program will offer a variety of sport activities in national and international groups as well as a trip to the region Ruhr with the focus on culture industry. We send you some hints already now for your preparation time and we would appreciate your first registration until 31 st of March 2014 in Düsseldorf. To discuss the last details for the Camp together, we will meet at the animator seminar (delegation leaders, tutors) on 2 nd and 3 rd of May 2014 in Hachen. 3 WELCOME TO THE 39th FICEP-YOUTH CAMP 2014 IN GERMANY! Since 39 years youngsters from 11 nations meet annually to experience Europe. What is the formula of success that these Camps have still remained so extraordinary since 1972? It is the unique FICEP Spirit that emerges when European teenagers from lots of different countries spend a week together. Engaging in sport activities, getting to know different cultures and finding long-lasting friendships are the three major characteristics of this Camp. This year s international Camp of the FICEP (Fédération Internationale Catholique Education Physique et sportive) will take place in Sudern-Hachen in Germany between August the 4th and August the 10th. The sport school Willi-Weyer-Sportschule is located in Sauerland, in Sundern-Hachen. The Sauerland offers phantastic nature landscapes, like the region around the two lakes Sorpesee and Möhnesee. Moreover, one can find great possibilities for shopping and cultural and historical sightseeing. The Camp will take place in a youth holiday resort. The comfortable two-storey double houses offer a place to sleep for eight persons at the top floor. There are separate sanitary facilities in all houses. At the ground floor there is a room for a small group. Next to the double houses there are the accommodations for the animators with single or double rooms and sanitary facilities. At the ground floor of four of the houses there are modern seminar rooms. The infrastructure for sports offers: gyms, bowling alley, swimming pool, big game room, mountain bike parcours, table tennis, beach volleyball, boccia, trampoline and cave car. 4 National and international sports (biathlon, mountain bike, soccer, dancing ) as well as space for the talents and creativity of the participant in a bar camp, trip to the region of Ruhr, holy mass, team building, adventure sports, karaoke, disco and lots of cultural and social activities that allow the international exchange and the experience of the community. Every delegation consists of: - 1 head of delegation - Teenagers - Tutors All inclusive 230,- Euro per capita for the federations. The price for the participants is calculated depending of the federation (costs for pre-camp, journey ) The FICEP participation fee includes: - full board (Monday till Sunday) - participation at the whole FICEP camp program Transport: Every delegation / every federation is responsible for their journey to and back from the camp site. Liability: The organizer and host will not be held responsible for any accidents and demolitions. Each delegation/federation is responsible for the insurance of their participants. The pre-registration (see form attached) must be filled out and sent back until 31 st of March 2014, and the final registration (including names of participants) till 15 th of May /10

From direction Ruhrgebiet highway A 44 (Kassel-Dortmund) till highway cross Werl, A 445 direction Arnsberg till exit "Arnsberg-Hüsten/Sundern", B 229 direction Sundern/Sorpesee till Sundern-Hachen. At Hachen center: follow sign "Landessportbund NRW, Willi-Weyer-Schule" 2. Coming from south A 45 Frankfurt/Gießen/Siegen till exit Olpe Süd, direction Attendorn/Finnentrop, over Lenhausen till Rönkhausen, at Rönkhausen turn right in to direction Sundern, over Hagen, Allendorf. Exit Allendorf turn left in direction Sorpesee, at Amecke right on L 687 around lake Sorpesee till Hachen. Hachen center (before the traffic lamp) right, follow sign "Landessportbund NRW, Willi-Weyer-Schule" 3. From direction Cologne/Hagen A 46 till Hemer (49). Take B 7 direction Hemer. In Hemer take L 683 direction Deilinghofen. In Deilinghofen take the first exit at the rotary (Europastraße). Take L 682/Hönnetalstraße direction Balve. In Sanssouci left on to B 229 till Hachen.
