This unique and timeless Lodge has adopted a style of no roughing it luxury that only enhances the already indescribable setting. Yet the lodge is simply the basecamp in a place where adventure is not dictated by itineraries and Mother Nature reigns supreme. Each day, the weather is considered and safari flight adventures begin. The light bush airplanes are specifically designed to access wild places while ensuring minimal impact to the natural world. A sort of anti tourism style of exploration best suited for guests who prefer off the beaten path experiences and are happy to do away with set schedules, allowing for all possibilities. Here guests find themselves in a world removed from civilization and the press of humanity while stopping for lunch in the middle of the largest (non-polar) glacier on earth; on top of a high alpine plateau to walk among arctic flowers and sample wild berries; next to a salmon stream fishing alongside grizzly bears, or soaring among 14-18,000 foot peaks along the way to the Pacific coastline to watch 1000 year old glacier ice crash into the surf. In the midst of all this grandeur, the thing that makes Ultima Thule truly special is the authenticity experienced on a human level. 8 May 1 st - Sept. 30 th 2018 Package Rates In an effort to ensure that our small team of family and crew members are able to provide absolutely unique and genuine experiences for each guest from the first of the season to the last, we offer limited availability, focusing on quality over quantity. Our priority is making sure each guest receives above and beyond service, quality and experience. Travel logistics to Ultima Thule Lodge: Your visit to Ultima Thule begins and ends in McCarthy, Alaska. We provide roundtrip transfer flights between the lodge and the village airstrip at McCarthy. PLAN TO MEET YOUR THULE CONNETION FLIGHT AT 4:00pm on arrival day. Here are several options for getting to McCarthy. Anchorage (ANC) is the major hub for all Domestic and International flights. CHARTER FLIGHTS to McCarthy Shared charter flights from ANCHORAGE for our lodge guests can be arranged by Ultima Thule at an additional rate. Flight time is hours depending on type of aircraft. Shared charter flights will depart Anchorage between 2:00-3:00pm on arrival day and will return to Anchorage between 5:00-7:00pm on departure day (times for Custom Packages are different). Exact time and location for charter flights will be confirmed with guests the same week as scheduled travel according to number of passengers, weather and logistics. *Private charters from Anchorage or other locations are also available and vary in cost. DRIVING Expect 4.5 hours from Anchorage to Chitina where the paved road ends. From Chitina a 60 mile gravel road takes you into the National Park to the village of McCarthy. This is an unmaintained section of road and rental car companies generally do not recommend travel beyond Chitina. Please research whether driving this road is right for you. Alternately, you can leave your rental car in public parking at the Chitina Airstrip and book a flight with Wrangell Mountain Air into McCarthy. Wrangell Mountain Air offers a regularly scheduled air service from Chitina to McCarthy daily. Please check with them directly for schedule, rates and more information. Let them know you are staying at Ultima Thule so they can assist you in meeting your connection flight to at 4:00pm. Extra time in McCarthy McCarthy and Kennecott are historic mining villages from the Alaskan Gold Rush Era which offer a range of accommodations and activity options. Some of our guests choose to add a night or additional hours in McCarthy to either end of their Ultima Thule adventure.

9 > The All-Inclusive Package: 4 nights at the lodge and 4 days of exclusive airplane supported adventures and flight safaris. DETAILS: Guests are met by airplane at the McCarthy airstrip at 4:00pm on Sunday and taken directly to Ultima Thule Lodge. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are full adventure days. On Thursday guests will depart the lodge in the morning, spend ¾ of the day on a final adventure, with lunch in the field and arrive back in McCarthy by 3:30pm. Add Thursday Night. Guests enjoy additional adventure time on Thursday afternoon, another overnight in their lodge cabin, Thursday night dinner and breakfast on Friday. Departure from the lodge back to transfer locations will be at 10:00am on Friday. PLAN YOUR EVENT Ultima Thule Lodge offers an intimate and personalized setting for small corporate retreats, family gatherings, weddings and elopements, honeymoons, anniversaries and other special events. We can customize every detail to suit your needs and our facilities can accommodate media presentations, private meetings and social gatherings.

Any specialty gear/equipment needed for the offered adventure activities Complimentary selection of house wines and local Alaskan craft beers Transfer to/from the lodge and McCarthy, Alaska (Set transfer times apply) Not included: Personal expenses and purchases, gratuities (usually 8-10%), any charter flights, fishing licenses (available at the lodge), additional alcohol, special requests/addons, and transfer from any location outside of McCarthy, Alaska. *Special Dietary Add-On : Our kitchen prepares set meals each day, family style. We offer a set menu which accommodates vegetarian options and serious medical allergies only. Due to the structure of our stock on hand and meal execution we are able to provide further meal customization requests at a package rate of $400-$850 (depending on type of request), per person for the duration of the visit. Please advise at the time of booking if you have requests for Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher, Non- Dairy, Special Diets or any type of custom meal package. Advance notice is mandatory. Children aged 6 years and older are welcome to accompany their families; however, we are not able to offer discounted rates because each passenger will require their own seat in the aircraft. PLEASE NOTE: Parents are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children and must ensure they follow guide or lodge personnel instructions at all times. Child care is not available at the lodge or during guided activities.

11 > Booking Terms: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to finalize the reservation. The balance is due 120 days in advance of arrival. Deposit must be received within 10 days of invoice issued. All payments are non-refundable. Due to our short season of operation we have a strict NO REFUND Policy on deposits or full payment for any reason. We strongly recommend trip insurance. Please shop around for the policy that best suits your needs. We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to weather, circumstances beyond our control or any unforeseen changes or alterations to a reservation. Dates can be changed during the same operational year without penalty, based on our availability. Bookings may not be rolled over to the following year. Clients are required to inform us of any health problems, allergies and physical limitations ahead of time due to our extremely remote location. All guests must submit requested forms and information in advance of arrival. Special dietary requests and needs may require an additional meal package purchase and must be notified in advance. All clients must sign a liability release waiver upon arrival at the lodge, a copy of which will be provide ahead of time for review. Availability is not guaranteed until deposit is received.
