Members from each district, representing a number of individual Rotary clubs in that district, meet annually for 3 days at the District Conference to celebrate their achievements during the year, listen to educational or motivational speakers, socialise and exchange views with other fellow members. Opportunity The 2018 Rotary District conference presents a unique opportunity to reach a niche market and promote your brand. In these challenging times the business dollar is evermore essential, with every spend needing to represent value and return. Sponsors will benefit from their business name and presence being featured in a number of ways to optimise their brand and product exposure. We will only engage with one sponsor per business category to avoid conflict of interest and maximise competitive advantage on offer. Event The conference brings together over 400 delegates, an estimated 70% of which will be Gold Coast region based and promises to deliver a vibrant high profile occasion to which local businesses are able to showcase their goods and services to a captive audience. We have arranged for a number of prominent speakers to address delegates throughout the conference and these will be a drawcard, thus ensuring high levels of attendance. The theme of the Event is Fun with Rotary and we have secured a range of entertainment and lively activities to keep delegates fully engaged throughout the three days. Delegates Delegates will be Rotarians, their partners, special guests and colleagues representing industry and commerce from the Gold Coast to Grafton and Glen Innes to Goondiwindi. The Conference marketing plan promotes the event to members of other organisations, such as Probus and Inner Wheel for example, as well as the general public increasing the audience reached by Sponsors. 4 C BUS NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR: 1. $500 Bus Naming Rights Sponsor for Conference Function Saturday 10 th March. Transport from Seaworld Conference Centre and Resort to Australian Outback Spectacular on the Saturday night will be by coach. This provides the occasion for exposure for the evening with 50 passengers on each bus for 40 minutes each way, being exposed to your brand only, to and from the Australian Outback Spectacular. The duration of the journey will be approximately 40 minutes each way. The sponsor will provide advised media promoting their business that will be played continually Sponsors name exclusively displayed on front windscreen.
