3 Facts & figures At IT2Industry International trade fair and open conference for intelligent, digitally networked working environments, which in 2015 took place for the first time as part of the world-leading fair productronica in Munich 2,800 trade visitors from at home and abroad informed themselves about products, solutions and applications for the Industrial Internet of Things At the stands of the 27 exhibitors and in more than 30 lectures and discussion rounds as part of the Open Conference, the focus was on applications and examples of best practice in the following key areas: Smart factory; infrastructure and digital networks; embedded systems / CPS; cloud & big data; industrial IT security; IT & energy; and services to do with Industry 4.0 We are satisfied with our participation at IT2Industry With our close proximity to the Open Conference, we also had a great number of interested visitors at our stand. 5 Results of the exhibitor survey (I) The questions on recommending the event and taking part in it again were answered as follows: Yes, I would recommend taking part as an exhibitor.. Yes, we are planning to take part in IT2Industry again.... In the question about an overall assessment of IT2Industry 2015 by the exhibitors, the following picture emerged: Overall rating of good to excellent. 72% Almost all exhibitors see great future potential for IT2Industry: 79% 76% IT2I will gain in importance in the coming two years.. 92% IT2Industry was the ideal platform for us to present our product Visual Shop Floor to the public and, at the same time, to position it in the context of Industry 4.0. productronica gives IT2Industry an extra international touch as well. So it s a very good idea to integrate these IT subjects explicitly into classical industry fairs.
