15 Donald & Roger Donald and Roger are both past presidents of EFEE and have served on the EFEE Board for a combined total of 12 years. Donald is still an active Board member and has presented technical papers at a number of previous EFEE conferences. Roger is currently the EFEE Secretary General and has been the Chairman of the conference technical committee on 4 occasions. Donald and Roger would be honoured to host the 9th World Conference in Stockholm where Alfred Nobel invented dynamite and to share this history with international delegates
