14 Objectives: Integrate the passenger process into the airport and airline monitoring strategies Quantify the benefits provided by an increased number of milestones in the turnaround process Evaluate the adequacy of the information and alerts provided to support decision making INTERACTION VALIDATIONS PHASE 1 VALIDATION IN NOVEMBER More than 100 flights monitored Relevant decisions were taken based on the new information displayed on more than 25% of the flights Airline, Ground Handling and Airport Operators agreed on improved situational awareness
