Optimised turn-around process Better allocation of responsibilities (who does what): Processes, responsibilities and times are clearly defined Improved safety on the ground (parking stand) More punctuality: better slot/tobt adherence Better client services (gate allocation) and better connection management Reduction of number of slots suffered Specific airport procedures should be easily accessible and available to flight crew.
