In the future, BCA will be leveraging the Chinese outbound tourism market, developing more tourism products, further improving its domestic and internatial route network. Capital Airlines has formed the following marketing system: The main market besides Beijing is at its Sanya branch company, Guangzhou, Xi'an and Haikou. The subsidiary markets are at Changsha, Hangzhou and 15 other branch offices. To date, BCA has recruited more than 80 foreign captains who originate from various countries such as the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Brazil and South Korea.
