4 Indra International Presence INDRA IN ASIA PACIFIC Indra has a subsidiary in New Delhi, India, and has undertaken a number of projects in the ATM, Transport and Defence sectors. Indra is also undertaking projects in the Banking and Transport sectors in Bangladesh, as well as developing commercial activity in the Energy and ATM sectors. Indra has sold several Air Traffic Management systems to the local civil aviation authority of Mongolia, and is quite active in the country. Indra is present in China since Aside from its headquarters in Beijing, it has presence and has developed projects all around the region, including Hong Kong. Indra has a strong presence in the aerospace sector particularly on the ATM and aircraft simulator business, and a growing consultancy business Indra has already sold systems for ATM in South Korea, as well as equipment to a leading local shipyard Indra has already sold aircraft simulation systems in Japan, one of the most competitive countries. Indra is present in the Energy sector in Vietnam and is developing a extensive commercial activity in the country. Indra has a undertaken projects in the ATM sector in Thailand. It is also developing its commercial acitvity in Cambodia. In Malaysia, Indra has established a subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur. We are already working in the Transport and Defence sectors in the country and developing commercial activity on all relevant market sectors. Indra has a subsidiary in Sydney, Australia, where it has undertaken number of ATM, Defence and Energy projects. It is also undertaking projects in New Zealand, PNG and the Pacific. Indra is present in The Philippines since 1995, with more than 600 IT professionals working in its subsidiary and in its Software Lab. Indra has set up a subsidiary in Jakarta. In Indonesia Indra is currently undertaking projects in the ATM and Energy sectors and is developing commercial activity on all relevant market sectors. Indra in China 4
