1 Pilot Recruitment Beijing Capital Airlines: A320 Captain Beijing Capital Airlines (abbreviated as BCA) was established on November 16th, 1998, as Deer Airlines. BCA changed to its current name on the 2 nd of April 2010 and one month later, BCA launched its first service route. The establishment of Beijing Capital Airlines Co. Ltd. (abbreviated as "Capital Airlines") with JD as its IATA designator, is jointly approved for air operations by the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. Capital Airlines is co-invested into by the HNA Group and the Beijing Tourism Group. Beijing Capital International Airport is its main base.

2 BCA owns 70 Airbus aircraft: consisting out of: 19 x A319, 34 x A320, 11 x A321 and 6 x A330 models. The average age of the fleet is less than 4 years offering reliable and remarkable performance. It is one of the youngest fleets and the largest in China when considering Airbus aircraft. According to the development schedule of BCA, by the end of 2020, 150 aircraft will be owned in total by BCA. BCA believes that a safety culture is its lifeline and thus attach great importance to safety management in the airline. After more than a decade's great efforts, BCA has acquired extensive experience in airport operations and strong abilities for the response to emergencies and subsequent assistance. Ever since BCA s foundation, there has not been a single accident and the company has achieved a good safety record which is above the world-wide average level. At the moment, over 180 routes all across China are operated from 8 bases: Beijing, Haikou, Sanya, Hangzhou, Lijiang, Guangzhou, Xi'an and Guilin. Meanwhile, BCA is constantly opening international air routes to East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe and United States and more. To date, Beijing Capital Airlines has opened the following international routes: Beijing to Cheongju, Xi'an to Zhanjiang to Bangkok, Shenyang to Qingdao to Melbourne, Hangzhou to Osaka, Hangzhou to Jeju, Hangzhou to Okinawa, Hangzhou to Madrid, with others being finalized. In the future, BCA will be leveraging the Chinese outbound tourism market, developing more tourism products, further improving its domestic and international route network. Capital Airlines has formed the following marketing system: The main market besides Beijing is at its Sanya branch company, Guangzhou, Xi'an and Haikou. The subsidiary markets are at Changsha, Hangzhou and 15 other branch offices. To date, BCA has recruited more than 80 foreign captains who originate from various countries such as the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Brazil and South Korea. A letter from your current/previous employer or CAA must be provided. ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency Excellent oral and written English skills No criminal history. A notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country or resident country government must be provided Have flown within 12 months from date of application and for the purpose of keeping the validity of the license, the last "Proficiency Test" for pilots is still within the term of validity. Domicile: Bases are: Beijing, Xi'an, Guangzhou, Sanya, Haikou and Hangzhou (Now all available). Expat status may dramatically reduce your national tax liability. Discount of International School for children: Captains whose base is Beijing can choose the international schools which have contract with BCA: The British School of Beijing for their children, and get 10% off of the school fee. Employee Travel: Capital Air System - Unlimited ID25 travel for pilot and immediate family members. Hainan Airline Group - Unlimited ID25 travel for pilot on domestic route system.
