6 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS I ICAO ATPL B 737NG Captains. Minimum of 3500 Hours. Minimum of 500 hours PIC on B737 aircraft. CAT I Valid Class I Medical. 3 take off and landings on aircraft type within the past 12 months. Hold a valid B 737 Proficiency Check and type rating on license. No flight accident record; No criminal record. Max 56 years old at commencement of contract. JOB DESCRIPTION Duration of Contract: 4 years, renewable Bases of Operation: Hangzhou Roster Option: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off!! (YTO Express working time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM as most courier express companies) Up to 22346USD/month based on 600H Flight Time every year( Yearly Bonus and Allowances below are included) USD/month Service fee RMB/month labor fee based on 50H Flight Time each month, as well as 10000RMB/month housing allowance, 10000RMB/month transportation allowance and RMB6000/month Language training allowance.(yearly Bonus and Allowances below are excluded)

8 JOB DESCRIPTION Other Bonuses and benifits: - Welcome Bonus of 8000USD for All Pilots who holds valid CAAC ATPL for his first transference from other Chinese Airlines company to YTO Airlines. - Relocation fee of total maximum RMB20000 for who first join YTO airlines (reimbursed by invoice). - Completion Bonus of USD after 48 months of contract. Net Salary Training: Stage 1 From the date agreement is signed to the date that the crew pass being received USD 3000/month(30% of service fee USD10000/month) + RMB 13650/month (30% of labor fee RMB45,500/month ) + full allowance every month(10000rmb/month housing allowance RMB/month transportation allowance + RMB6000/month Language training allowance) Stage 2 From the date that the crew pass being received to the date that passing the line check. USD 7000/month(70% of service fee USD10000/month ) + RMB 31850/month (70% of labor fee RMB45,500/month ) + full allowance every month(10000rmb/month housing allowance RMB/month transportation allowance + RMB6000/month Language training allowance) Stage 3 Full salary applies after the line check.

9 JOB DESCRIPTION Screening: Screenings is divided into 2 parts: 1st Part (7-8 days duration): -Airline Interview -Medical Check Class 1 -Written ATPL Airline -Simulator Evaluation 2nd Part (4-5 days duration): CAAC Simulator Check (Full session, Chinese ATP sim check) YTO Airlines will provide accommodation during intial screening and CAAC check ride. Air Ticket Expenses for initial screening and CAAC check ride will be reimbursed to pilots during their Screening, regardless of results. Current unrestricted ICAO ATPL License without any limitations whatsoever showing A320 command rating and ICAO English at Level 4 or higher. 3. ICAO Medical Class I 4. Last 3 pages of your logbook pages covering your B737 command flying. One of the pages should be signed or stamped by your airline, or by your CAA. 5. Most recent Proficiency Check. 6.
