12 Challenges and Opportunites Opportunity - Increase the country s offering of unique cultural experiences and upgrade national imag - Need to upgrade infrastructure without damaging the site to offer a better experience Challenge - Protect and preserve Korean cultural properties, develop them in a creative manner - Utilize them as a tourism product so that Korean traditional culture is preserved and enhanced - Lay a solid foundation for the development of future tour programmes, utilizing heritage sites of Korea - Develop creative and unique story for the event held at the Site - Increase the number of service workers - Recruit additional guide experts - Develop sustainable management model
