Please check the location of the desk below. * Note: Incheon Airport recently has opened Terminal 2, so all passengers should check the airlines and terminal number. By Plane We recommend you to purchase KTX/Limousine bus tickets online in advance considering entry procedure time. 1. KTX: 3hours after your arrival time - Entry procedure might take 1 hour and then 1 hour to get to Seoul station to get KTX. 2. Airport Limousine Bus: 2hours after your arrival time - Unfortunately, it is difficult to purchase the bus ticket from Incheon Airport to Gwangju in advance. 4 How to get to Gwangju from Incheon Airport 1) By Airport Limousine Bus Unfortunately it is difficult to purchase the bus ticket from Incheon Airport to Gwangju in advance. However, if you would like us to book this service for you, please advise us and we will make the booking. And then get off the train at Gimpo Airport station. 15 6. Culture Tour There will be Culture Tour in this General Meeting. We hope this tour can be an opportunity for you to experience beauty of Gwangju and Jeolla Province. This Archives collects and conserves various kinds of the written materials on the May18 Uprising broken out at May , and makes use of this recordings as valuable historical assets. The records in this archives contain not only the recordings but also various pieces of photos, films, and videos. Mugaksa Temple is in Gwangju Metropolitan city as an urban Buddhist Temple. Mugaksa Temple has stained glass with some parts of the Buddha story on it, which is quite unique since stained glass is usually used in catholic churches. The temple is used as a cultural resting area and artistic spot for meeting without any religious barrier. 15

16 7. Useful Information 1) Introduction of Gwangju Gwangju is a city of arts and the birthplace of a modern democratic movement in Korea. 17 5) Weather The average temperature in May: 21 / Highest temperature: 29 Current season in Korea is spring. The daily temperature range is big, so please bring the light clothes. (Jackets, cardigan, etc.) 6) Electric Voltage The power supply is mainly 220V / 60 Hz in Korea. Two in-line holed sockets (two round-pinned plugs) are used. Adaptors and converters may be needed for the country which uses 110V or other types of plugs. 17
