7 Dear Pastors and Brothers and Sisters, I would like to sincerely thank you ALL for your strong efforts and partnership with the Diocese of Stockton in the Bishop s Ministry Appeal (BMA). The Bishop s Ministry Appeal supports the many ministries, programs and services provided by the Diocese, which benefit all of our parishes. The 2018 Bishop s Ministry Appeal (BMA) was a great success! Over 10,000 parishioners generously gave $2,998,500 in parishes achieved their goal, with 100% of all funds a parish raises above goal returned to the parish. I am pleased to report over $700,000 will be distributed to parishes for the 2018 BMA. Thank you for graciously partnering with us, As One to strengthen our parishes and ministries, and to continue building His Kingdom in our Diocese. In the Peace of Christ, Myron J. Cotta Roman Catholic Bishop of Stockton LENTEN/SPRING SCRIPTURE STUDY: A six week scripture study session will be held from February 26th to April 2 there will be both morning and evening sessions at the home of Norma Munoz. Morning times are 9:30-11:30 am; evening; 6:30-8:30 pm. The topic will be Luke: The Good News of God s Mercy.
