5 CONDITIONS OF SALE Eligibility Checklist Passengers travelling n SQ and/r MI ticketed and perated flights int and ut f Singapre. The flight number must begin with SQ r MI. Any 4-digit SQ flight must be perated by MI, and any 4-digit MI flight must be perated by SQ. Passengers travelling n SQ and/r MI ticketed and perated flights int Singapre, cnnecting t selected Sct (TR) perated flights ut f Singapre, and vice versa. The TR segment must be a nn-verlapping rute, meaning that the rute must nt be perated by SQ r MI. Stpping ver in Singapre en-rute t anther destinatin SSH, BSSH, HCAG, TRAN, SSH, BSSH, HCAG, TRAN, Visiting Singapre as a destinatin n a rundtrip itinerary BSSH, Unaccmpanied children belw 18 years f age. It is mandatry t bring the dcuments with yu t Singapre and present it t ur representative at the Transit Lunge, Transit Htel r at the Singapre Airlines Hlidays cunter n arrival. Fr passengers wh have purchased the BSSH r SSH package, yu are als required t bring the dcuments t the htel f yur stay. The Transit, BSSH, SSH and packages are nt sld in Singapre. SIA HOP-ON BUS & DEALS PASSES The respective passes are issued t arriving passengers at the Singapre Airlines Hlidays cunters. Upn arrival int Singapre (after immigratin and custm prcedures), please prceed t either cunter lcated utside the transit area t cllect the relevant passes: a) Arrival Hall f Changi Airprt Terminal 2, cunter number 13 (After Belt 36) b) Arrival Hall f Changi Airprt Terminal 3, cunter number 01-K14 (After Belt 44) In the event that yu are nt able t cllect the passes upn arrival at Changi Airprt, separate arrangements fr cllectin can be made at an administrative charge f SGD30 per bking. Please cntact ur cunter representative at Please present yur BSSH pass, SSH pass r and valid barding pass/e-ticket fr redemptin at the participating establishment. The deals ffered via the passes are fr ne-time use (unless therwise stated) and nly valid fr the duratin purchased. Fr passengers hlding SSH passes, the deals will be valid up t yur date f departure and is nt valid fr extended stays n passengers wn arrangement. Fr hlders, yur pass will be based n cuntdwn upn first usage. The use f the deals ffered in any f the passes are nt transferable. Fr arrivals frm 1 April 2019, the inclusins fr SSH and will be based n the updated deals fr FY19/20. PRIVATE TRANSFERS Transfers are nt included in the BSSH r SSH packages. If required, they must be prearranged at least 3 wrking days prir t flight arrival. The chauffeur will meet yu at the exit f yur baggage belt in the Arrival Hall with a signage f yur name. The chauffeur will wait up t ne (1) hur frm the time f yur flight arrival. Separate arrangement must be made fr wheelchair-friendly (either mtrized r nnmtrized wheelchairs) transfers at a charge. Advance reservatins are required and infrmatin can be btained thrugh the nearest SQ r MI ffice r with yur lcal travel agent. Please refer t ur Add-Ons chart fr the applicable charges. ACCOMMODATION Htel rms are standard rms at minimum (refer t brchure fr rm size and image guideline). As htels may cnduct renvatins frm time t time, rm sizes and images are meant nly as a guide. Allcatin f rm categry is at the discretin f the htel. The number f rms bked cannt exceed the number f passengers. Rm cnfiguratin is as fllws: Single (SGLB) Applies t an individual bking i.e. 1 adult nly. The individual pays the single price. Twin (TWNB) Applies t 2 adults sharing ne rm, with each paying the twin-sharing price. Applies t 1 child sharing a rm with 1 adult. Each persn pays the twin-sharing price. Triple (TRPB) Applies t a maximum f 3 adults sharing ne rm, with each adult paying the twin-sharing price. The 3rd adult will be prvided with either an existing bedding r a rllaway bed. Applies t 1 child sharing a rm with 2 adults. The child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be prvided. Applies t 2 children sharing a rm with 1 adult. Each child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be prvided. Applies t 2 children sharing a rm with 2 adults. The first child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be prvided. The secnd child will share the rm n existing bedding withut charge. Htel check-in time varies between 12 nn and 3pm. The usual htel check-ut time is befre 12 nn. Otherwise, we may nt be able t facilitate yur accmmdatin and transfer arrangements. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS Fr BSSH and SSH, cancellatins within 48 wrking hurs prir t htel check-in date and n shws will be subject t a fee equivalent t first night s stay r the extensin night, whichever is higher. Fr, cancellatins must be made at least 48 wrking hurs prir t arrival date int Singapre fr payment t be refunded. REFUNDS There is n refund fr unused r partially used items in the packages. Inclusive benefits are nt transferable and cannt be exchanged fr cash r any ther frms f claims if nt utilized. Hwever, fr cancellatins with valid reasns, refunds are allwed if services are nt utilized at all. Refunds must be applied fr within three mnths f cancellatin and the riginal receipt must be presented. VISA REQUIREMENTS It is the passenger s respnsibility t ensure that passprts, visas and all travel dcuments are valid fr entry int Singapre and ther destinatins (if applicable). ITEMS NOT INCLUDED Airprt taxes, seaprt taxes, surcharges, visa fees, sales taxes, exit charges levied by lcal authrities, custm duties, excess baggage charges, prter charge, persnal and baggage insurance, laundry, meals, internet and all ther expenses nt specifically listed in this receipt/ brchure are nt included in the price/ package. In n event will the liability f TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their emplyees and/r agents fr any lss, damage, delay, r expense exceed as an abslute maximum the price f the Services btained. GOVERNING LAW The terms and cnditins herein cnstitute the entire agreement amngst TTT, SQ, MI and their participating partner airlines with yu fr the Transit, BSSH, SSH and packages. This agreement is gverned by and will be cnstrued in accrdance with the laws f Singapre. Yu will have t irrevcably submit t the exclusive jurisdictin f the curts f Singapre.
