For extension nights, ARO/Travel agent will collect payment and issue MCO/vMPD accordingly. ARO/Travel Agent will or hand letter of confirmation for the complimentary first night stay and relevant vouchers for extension stay (if applicable) to the passenger.

6 2 Extension of Stay Agent Commission for extension stay 10% Passengers have to make pre-payment to the ARO/Travel Agent for their extended stay upon confirmation of room booking for extended stay. ARO/Travel Agent will have to issue MCO/vMPD for the extended stay bookings indicating the full amount collected from passenger. Once issued, ARO/Travel Agent MUST enter the MCO/vMPD number and amount in the OSI facts field of the PNR, which will be appended in Kriscom. For example: OSI SQ MPD Amount GBP200 OR OSI SQ VCHR Amount GBP200 # only keywords MPD or VCHR are accepted. The letter of confirmation as well as the MCO/vMPD (if extended stay is applicable) must be presented to the hotel by the passenger upon check-in. Tradewinds will bill SIA for the extended stay, supported by the MCO/vMPD or rooming list. 3 Limousine Airport- Hotel Transfers Return limousine transfer will be provided for the Suites/First Class passenger who books the complimentary first night stay. Please inform Tradewinds of transfer options : 1. Changi Airport - Hotel - Changi Airport, OR 2. Changi Airport - Hotel - Another hotel / destination in Singapore A meet/greet staff will meet the passenger immediately outside the designated baggage belt of the arrival flight at Changi Airport. Details are in Annex 2. 4 Amendment or Cancellation Any request for amendment or cancellation by the passenger must be clearly indicated in writing by the ARO/Travel Agent and be forwarded to Tradewinds : o Subject SUITES / FIRST CLASS PROMOTION amendment or cancellation Amendment and cancellation request must be acknowledged and be confirmed in writing by Tradewinds via before ARO/Travel Agent confirms the changes made, to passenger. Passengers have to make pre-payment to the ARO/Travel Agent for extension stay, if applicable. 5 Cancellation Policy Cancellation of reservation must be done by 72 hours prior to hotel check-in. Cancellation received within 72 hours prior to hotel check-in will incur a charge amounting to one night s room rate for each room cancelled. ARO/Travel Agent must deduct 1 night charge when processing the refund. Cancellation fee incurred will be billed to station cost centre. Kindly note that Raffles Hotel s cancellation policy requires cancellation to be done at least 7 working days prior to arrival. Otherwise, one-night s charge will be incurred.

7 6 No Show No show charges (one night s room rate and prevailing service charge and taxes) will be billed against the MCO/vMPD for the extension stay or to station of sale cost centre for the free first night stay. 7 Flight Delay or Last-Minute Cancellation AROs to Tradewinds at tradewinds_ssh@singaporeair.com.sg immediately for any flight delay or last-minute cancellation. Note : Suites/First Class passenger is still eligible for complimentary hotel stay if he is reaccommodated on another SQ flight due to flight delay, AOG or flight cancellation. For urgent last-minute cancellation on the day of arrival, please contact Hotel Reservations directly. 8 SIA Stations Suites/First Class Fare Dilution A380 Suite and First Class fare will be diluted from flown revenue for the applicable cabin class. This will be handled by HQ Finance. Flown revenue dilution will be handled by SQ Finance. After pax has travelled and availed of the free hotel accommodation, TW will issue an invoice to SQ and SQ Finance will dilute stations' revenue based on TW billed amount. 9 Terms & Conditions - Accommodation Hotels reserve the right to charge applicable published room rate for passengers who extend their hotel stay without prior booking with Tradewinds, or request for late check-out in Singapore. In the event that the passenger s preferred hotel choice runs full occupancy and cannot accommodate the reservation, Tradewinds will offer an alternative hotel. It is advisable that the alternative hotel choice is indicated at the time of booking to avoid any delay in the room confirmation. Rates accorded are only applicable if prior reservation is made by Tradewinds Tours & Travel. Walk-in guests will not be entitled to the rates indicated.

10 FAQ for SIA A380 Suites/First Class Promotion 1. Q : Who is eligible for a complimentary 1-night stay at a Luxury Hotel in Singapore? A : Eligible passengers are commercially paying A380 Suites/First Class passengers flying on R, P or F RBDs on inbound sectors to SIN from 1 Apr Mar Promotion may be used on both segments of flight if pax paid for commercial Suites / First Class ticket on both ways (e.g. LON-SIN-MEL vv). Each passenger is entitled to a complimentary 1-night hotel stay to be utilized immediately on arrival in SIN (illustration) SQ 317 LON SIN ETA SIN 0735 hrs 6 Oct 10 : IN 6 Oct 09 OUT 7 Oct 10 Room Type: Run-of-house.
