4 ITINERARY Fri 2 nd September Sat 3 rd September Sun 4 th September Mon 5 th September Travel Day: You will depart your club and travel by coach to Holland via the Dover/Calais Ferry crossing. Upon arrival you will then have the evening at leisure. After breakfast the coach will collect you from your hotel and you will transfer to Excelsior 20 Cricket Club for Day 1 of the Gullivers T20 Schiedam Smash. Each team will play in the first round of the event with the winners qualifying for the Cup semi-finals and the losers proceeding to the Plate semifinals Once the days play is complete you will remain at the club pavilion and enjoy the evening with the hosts and other touring sides. Following breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Excelsior 20 Cricket Club for Day 2 of the Gullivers T20 Schiedam Smash. Once the finals are complete and the trophies have been presented it s time to continue celebrations long into the evening at the club pavilion. Travel Day: Check-out and depart your accommodation, making you way back to the UK via the Calais / Dover ferry crossing. Your arrival back at your cricket club will mark the end of your tour. 5 COSTINGS Tour Cost: 277 per person Transport Retrun transfers to and from Schiedam on an executive coach. Return transfers to the tournament venue Return ferry crossings: Dover/Calais/Dover. Accommodation Three nights accommodation at the Campinile Hotel (3*) or the IBIS Rotterdam Vlaardingen (3*) or similar Bed and breakfast basis Tournament Team entry to the Gullivers T20 Schiedam Smash Tournament Other Trophy for the winning teams (1 x Plate, 1 x Cup) Gullivers representatives on hand throughout the event Tournament t-shirt. 24 hour emergency contact with Gullivers Sports Travel The Venue Hosted by Excelsior 20 CC who have been champions of Holland 9 times and finished in the top 4 for the last 25 years. Schiedam is the Dutch Cricket City Hosted CB40 games for Holland and 2 x ODI`s The Tournament: 2 Day Tournament Knock out format with Cup and Plate competition Minimum 2 games per side Licensed bar and BBQ available on site Supported by Andre Van Troost who will present trophies at the end. NOTES: The costs are based on sharing a bus with another side. If you wish to have a price based on your own private coach please contact us for a tailor-made quote. Each team must provide one umpire Cost is based on one full team travelling Due to space on the coach baggage will be limited to one bag per person.

7 THE NEXT STEPS THE NEXT STEPS With limited spaces available, we expect the places to become booked very quickly therefore once you have a team confirmed, our payment procedure is as follows: A booking deposit of 75 per person confirms your intention to take part in the tournament. Please send along with a signed copy of our booking form. It is only at this stage that your place can be secured in the event and your travel arrangements organised. A 75 per person interim payment will be introduced into your payment schedule, however will be discussed prior to booking Final payment is required twelve weeks prior to departure on the 10 th June Upon booking, the tour file will be passed to an experienced Gulliver's Tour Coordinator, who will handle all your tour arrangements in addition to merchandise requirements
