In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the TTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.

16 COMMON QUESTIONS Q. Do I need a Passport to travel? A. Yes,you must have a valid passport that does not have an expiry date that is less than 6 months after the trip date. If you need to apply for a passport or renew your passport, this process may take up to 8 weeks, so plan accordingly. Q. Can family members attend on the tour? A. Yes, any family members are welcome to attend, the price is the same for them as the player Q. Can I travel without a parent/family member? A. Yes, many players often attend without a parent or family member. Q. How are players supervised while on tour? A. Team Coaches & CSS Tour Guide are responsible for all their players, especially players who travel without family members. The team will do activities together as a group, and players are not allowed out without supervision at any time.

17 COMMON QUESTIONS Q.How much money will a player need? A. From the itinerary you will see which meals are included, so you can base part of their allowance on food that will need to be purchased. Depending on your child s spending habits, you may wish to give them additional money and guidelines for purchasing gifts/souvenirs. Q. How should a player take money on tour? A. Providing your player with foreign currency before they leave is a good idea but not in large amounts. If more than a couple of hundred dollars is desired then bring an debit card for ATM use. *Do not travel with large sums of US dollars as it is can be difficult to exchange currency. Q. How do I keep in touch with players while they are on tour? A. Players may travel with their own cell phone (which can be enabled for international use based on your provider), plus there are free communication apps (e.g. Skype, Viber, Whats app) that can be used on certain devices. Our Tour Manager will also post news on our Facebook/Twitter pages. Please do not expect them to call you every day take into consideration the time difference and the activities they will be doing.
