Confirm your booking: Contact us within 3 weeks of making the provisional booking and send us the completed booking form, along with the relevant deposit amount. 5. Coordinating your tour: Your tour coordinator will be your main point of contact to discuss any queries you may have regarding the finer details of your trip.
